Staff was friendly and the best place to rest from a long transit time

Though overpriced, this hotel is conveniently located next to C4, making it ideal for overnight transit travelers who need 6-8 hours of sleep. Additionally, staying at this hotel is practical, as KLIA Airport is far from the city center.

The room and bed were so comfy, the location was excellent, which made it easier for us who connect between flights to not go out of immigration. A minor downside was the leakage of the closet, other than that everything was perfect and comfy.

It's good for a quick rest and shower after an 8-hour flight from Tokyo and a 6-hour transit in KLIA.

Stayed only 1 day but left an extraordinary impression. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially Kak Dino/Hari and 1 person whose name I forgot to ask 🙏🏻. Even the restaurant staff was very helpful 🥲🩷. Easy access to terminal 1 KLIA. The room was super big and clean, you can even request 5 kinds of pillows *cmiiw. Must try the satay at the restaurant 😭. Very delicious until I had to eat 2x more hahaha

Near gate C5. If you landed in a terminal other than C, then you need to take the train. Find gate C5.

The location is excellent, the room is comfortable, but there was one thing that was uncomfortable: there was dirt in the bathroom that hadn't been flushed. I suggest having a security guard check the bathroom's cleanliness before guests arrive.

If you transit in KLIA 1, you must try this hotel. It is a good place.

Our experience was good with it being a convenient place to stay and rest airside. it was quiet where we were located unlike many airport hotels. shower was great however noisy because it was a strong, could hear other showers. Friends also stayed in another room but their experience was less positive.

I booked 6 hours stay during transit to Jakarta. It was located near Gate C5 inside the KLIA1. If your airplane was arrived at Gate H or G, you need to take a shuttle bus first. The check in process was smooth, so does the check out. 2 twin bed was comfy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

It's just so-so, the price is too expensive, for only 12 hours.
