This hotel only operating 2 floors.. 18-19, the other floors are empty. The atmosphere felt rather spooky and unsettling, makes me difficult to sleep comfortably. The amenities were incomplete—there was no toothbrush provided, even though I stayed for four days. Electric jug was broken.

No receptionist, hotel looks old, connecting lift, shower spoilt, water pressure low, no hot water in the morning, hard mattress.

Only the old hotel with water pipes for washing nonsense, cleanliness is ok.

1. No wifi inside room 2. Lack of staff. Anything self service 3. Room flooring can feel dusty 4. Main door without secondary security lock 5. At level 17 glass window can be open freely without lock 6. No more comment as maybe the business really bad

The hotel is quiet. Old building. Breakfast is delicious.

I request twin beds but I am queen queen.

It is possible that during the night, food is difficult to find in the surrounding area.

The hotel has a good location but don't have buffet for breakfast. Small oldies tv (retro).. telephone not function cannot call reception..

Very bad! For a 4 star hotel I was seriously disappointed. Tooth brush is not given, cellphone charge is difficult, receptionist is not friendly, close to the parking lot, the lid in the front lobby of the car park is difficult, I want to swim, but the room is very dark and creepy, so I get goosebumps. The thing that became my bad experience when visiting Malaysia was staying at this hotel. Enough once and won't want to check in here again.
