Breakfast is straight, staff, good service, clean room. There is a small check-in. We booked a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the river but when we went Get a second floor room There is no window, no balcony, narrow room, musty view, there is a real river. But with all the trees covering, we wouldn't allow us to pay more expensive than the room we had. We then searched for confirmation. Argued for a long time Until the employee rake that he would be the head Until the room has been booked Which is on the fourth floor

Very nice location, attentive reception

I booked 2 rooms. In which there is a river view room, when checking in, the receptionist arbitrarily changed to another room without river view without asking his opinion (although the room was changed more). In the hotel there is a very bad room in terms of structural design, the room is very uncomfortably angled, the secret picture and my friend were put in that room. Dissatisfaction. That room should not be put to use. Breakfast is poor and not delicious. In the evening, I have more meals at the restaurant in the hotel but very bad. Dilute porridge like water and around with mosquitoes. Staff play around in front of guests, lack of commitment and respect. The hotel only earns a large bathroom and is located in the center of the old town. Very happy room about the trip. I am very upset!

Satisfied location, staff, service

The hotel is as gentle as Hoi An. The staff is extremely cute and friendly, the pool is small but extremely clean. A short walk from the hotel to the Old Quarter. In short, if you return to Hoi An, you will come to River Suites.

Old customers, having less choice of breakfast, not good food, getting near the walking street, having a car to go to An Bang beach but having no time to go in the afternoon, wanting to swim early in the sea is also not okay

Terrific rooms and breakfast, the location is perfect as well. Customers are mostly westerners so if you want a quiet, tidy, clean place this hotel is a perfect choice. Big thank to the Hotel staff to let us change the wrong booking day, really enjoyed our time over there.

We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff right from the point we arrived to the hotel. As we need to walk upstairs the entrance to the hotel, the staff immediately helped us to carry a few of our luggages to the lobby and we were immediately served with welcome drinks. The beautiful ladies at the reception also provided us a map of all the must-go places as well as accompanied us to the room to ensure everything was smooth. The rooms are lovely and clean. They decorated it nicely and gave us a free bottle of wine :), thanks! We loved the close proximity of the hotel to the night market which is just across the street and our stay was quiet and peaceful plus not to mention the awesome breakfast! Definitely will recommend it to others.

Good service. WELCOME TO THE HOTEL

Very good location with very good view from the comfortable room. The food was delicious with various kind of food, fresh veggies, fresh fruits and real fruit juices. The staffs are very friendly with service mind. We had stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and we willing to stay more. We love this hotel and Hoi An.
