Literally couldn't even check in. Called ahead, told them I would be late, was guaranteed they would take care of me. Then I get there and nobody is at the desk. So I call the number on the slip, and they tell me I missed the check in time. I call back the next day for a refund, they tell me I can't get a refund because I was checked in. This is ridiculous. The hotel is horrible.

Roaches in the room, trash left everywhere when checked in, terrible smell, unfriendly guests, dirty stained bathroom. We left

Staff was great!

The room has sensor lights, so they turn on when you get up out of bed. As I did, and the lights came on, I saw at least 10 roaches scatter throughout the room. When I tried to call down to the front desk, ofc the room phone didn't work. Then when I went to check out the girl at tue front desk was super non chalant about the roaches and phone issue. They should have refunded my stay, but that didn't even cross their minds as an option.

Son was sick from smoke on 3 floor

RUN !!! Let me start by saying I am in no means bougie or complain about places. They serve the purpose, but We stayed here for location to stadium for the NFL. playoff game . Price was jacked up ( supply n demand I get it, but paid over $400 for 2 nights ! This place allows animals which is totally acceptable but we were next to a room that the smell of dog poop and dirty dog smell lingered into hallway ( I have dogs at home that can smell at times but this was BAD)! Room was acceptable but VERY basic, ya know like what a starving college kids 1st apt looks like. 1 bar of hand soap. bathroom towel meant for a newborn, no iron, no coffee pot, no hairdryer, no couch. Fitted Bedsheets were too small didn’t fit therefor came off several times ( finally said screw it and slept w/ out them had a lil table, literally hairballs in bathroom sink and on floor. fridge had rust spots all over it ( no big deal, made the most of it) UNTIL, the room was dark and the cockroaches came out. I killed one, as did my daughter. and Saw additional ones between fridge and counter . Security was present until 10 PM ( when they stop doing check ins) Do yourself a favor especially if you value your cleanliness and go elsewhere!

Arrived past the normal check-in time and reception window had a steel shutter "New York style". Eventually someone came to attend the half dozen people waiting. The employee was courteous. The only thing odd is that he was wearing latex gloves. Upon entering the room, there was a smell. The beds were elevated on a steel frame with no box spring. I found two small cockroaches in the bathroom and evidence that mice had been inside the kitchen drawers. Overnight, there was some sketchy activity. Cars would come by to the back of the hotel, honk the horn three times and someone would go out through the back door to the car, then come back inside. This took place multiple times. We decided to leave the hotel the next morning. While waiting for the Uber outside, there were multiple people that appeared to have mental health issues or drug abuse roaming by the door with a hotel key. As we were leaving the property, the large dumpster in the parking lot was open with trash all over the floor as a couple of people were rummaging through it. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

Roaches

There seemed to be a swarm of stink bugs around and in the building, but that was the only bug in sight. Lots of sweet puppies roaming around with their humans on leashes and great staff. Looking for a place to stay in the KC area with a view of the stadiums without breaking your wallet, this is it.

It took a long time to be greeted even after dialing the number for service. Once greeted it was discovered that the room wasn’t ready at 4pm with check in being at 3pm. The desk clerk stated “no one wanted to clean rooms”, she had on gloves as if she had been preparing rooms. The room was clean but there was no bedspread on the bed.

The building hallways smell like people have been smoking there every day for 10 years. Bathroom vanity & bathtub has burn marks from people cooking drugs.

If it wasn’t for the staff here, the place should be shut down. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and accommodating but……the building smells like smoke, there is noise all night, and you will not feel safe there

You should remove this from your web site, I checked in left in 10 minutes after realizing it’s extremely dangerous. My sincere advise not to stay there.

Horrible. Dirty. Fire alarms went off 6 times first night in the middle of the night and twice the second night. All other occupants live in the hotel. Do not recommend.
