The staff is friendly, the room is quite clean, the hot shower is good, every time I go to Bali I always stay at Amaris Kuta, because the strategic location is easy to find food and close to Kuta beach and in front of the hotel there is a minimarket (mart) easy to buy toiletries, drinks etc. In short, it is comfortable to stay at Amaris Kuta even though the road is small, maintain the service etc. Thanks

A very small room. Much smaller than expected, but at least can sleep before going to airport.

The AC isn't cold, the bathroom is moldy, there are cockroaches, and the sheets are stained. Hopefully, the cleanliness will be improved soon.

Close access to Kuta Beach, many culinary places around the hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. The room looked clean. But there were small cockroaches in the direction of the bathroom. The staff said they were probably running because they had just been fogged this afternoon. They were on the second floor.

Close to Kuta, easy access everywhere, and reasonably priced. Recommended budget hotel.

It's cool... Friendly staff, really good service

We were given room 117, there were red stains on the sheets which when when we asked to swap room we were told the red stains were from the washing process, there were baby cockroaches flying around the bathroom, every tap was leaking and had the white build up around the metal, the roof had mold in it and the sink silicon also had mold on it. We had booked 2 nights, stayed 1 night then booked a different hotel, when we left we gave the key back and let the girl at the front know we were checking out, she said oh you still have one day, I said yeah the rooms disgusting and she smiled like she was aware of the state and just said have a nice holiday

I've always looked for Amaris everywhere I've been. I find their standard facilities and service perfect for me.

Back to Pop Kuta after almost 10 years, still fun!

overall it's ok, the service is very good, the room is ok for that price. suggestions: - for breakfast maybe the menu can be changed every day so it's not boring and there's too little variation. the cutlery is too limited so if the spoon runs out, you have to wait quite a long time. the taste is just ordinary, nothing special - for the lobby area it's too narrow and the chairs to sit are very limited, maybe it can be rearranged so that guests are comfortable - for the room, it's according to the price, maybe a little renovation can be done such as painting in certain areas, touch up the stainless ware in the toilet area because some are not clean, the bottom of the sink is rusty and the shower is leaking that's all and thank you
