Bathroom didn't appear to be cleaned fully between guests. Wardrobe has random clothes in it. Some bulbs needing replaced. WiFi on top floor not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was clean and very comfortable. Super location too.

Took a lot of effort to get the room I had booked and paid for, rather than a cheaper one the hotel staff wanted to give me. The room however was lovely and big with a really comfortable bed and views over the city. The only other negative apart from booking in was that there were plates of half eaten food left out for over a day on a number of the landings.

I absolutely loved my stay in this Hotel! I visited Kathmandu for a week for work. And at the end of a tiring day, the warmth of the Hotel staff and the comfort of the clean soft bed was sooo rewarding. The Wifi was good. On few occasions that it faltered a mere phone call to the reception would set it right within minutes. They answered all my questions regarding the city sightseeing that I did over the weekend. They also arranged a car at 4 am for going to see sunrise (and back) at Nagarkote, which was an hour's drive away. I am leaving a positive review because the facilities and services surpassed, by far, my expectations for an accommodation worth $27/night! If I return to Kathmandu, even as a tourist, I shall stay with them again. The only hitch I faced was: They were overbooked on the 1st night that I arrived and they put me in another Hotel. Although they claimed that the other Hotel is providing me with exactly the same quality room, it was not so. Maybe, the administration should look into this issue, because similar things seemed to have happened to a few other guests. However, the rest of the stay (7 days) was so good that I am willing to come back and stay with them, every time I come to Kathmandu. Suggestions to the reception staff: When guests check in, you should tell them: (1) that hot water comes in the tap after one lets them run for 5 minutes, (2) that rooms will be cleaned only if the guests ask for it (which can be done daily).

Pleasant stay. Very basic and economical hotel in the heart of Thamel district. OK to spend the night, but not one to relax over a long period. Friendly and helpful staff. The highlight of this hotel is that is next to an excellent restaurant: Hello Kitty, and if you are clever enough to book your room with breakfast, you'll have your morning meal in this excellent eating place.

I am so impressed with this hotel .. Superb location in the heart of Kathmandu. Air conditioning that works, hot water shower, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and surrounded by fantastic restaurants with great value food and bargain shopping. It's a great find.

Dip & Lila were great- they planned out & scheduled my activities well so i had fun! Staff were all courteous & gave sincere service. Bfast at next door cafe was simple but ok & staff were also very nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends to make their stay as fun as mine was.

Short stay before trekking. Very nice people. But a bit noisy when people walking on the stairs.

Nice, helpful people. The restaurant and cafe are both good, and the free breakfast was delicious. Everyone spoke English pretty well.

Total not cooperative, even no water,no respect and not caring and not afraid even for Booking site ( Hotel.Com ), saying freely complain anyone We don't care.

The best hotel which I stayed in Thamel. Close to the access road, friendly staffs, good maintanance specially on hot water & clean rooms. Delicious thai style food which I love most in their menu. Especially the manager Mr.Dipendra who helped me a lot for my travel arrangements through his own "Nepal kanko Treks & Expedition Pvt Ltd'. Likes a lot about his tour packages and flight tickets with best deals. Wish to stay here only as long as I stay in Kathmandu. I recommend to everyone who likes to have good stay in Kathmandu.

Great staff, close by to Thamel center, overall a great experience.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, The room is very clean and lovely sunshine from window in the room. This hotel located in the center of tourist place so we can go everywhere very easy and also peaceful staying. High speed WiFi, 24hrs Hot shower, It was really comfortable stay. They have tour desk at the reception to arrange any tour for trekking or traveling in Nepal with cheep price. I'll be back again!! thanks to all you guys!!

깔끔하고 편안했고 항상 웃어주는 직원이 맘에들었습니다.

客室設備は良くなかった。まず壁掛けテレビがはずされて使えない状態で、フロントにクレームを言うと全館使えないというが実はうそで、オーナーにさらにクレームするとしぶしぶ設置してくれた。無料のミネラルウォーターは、初日の1本だけで無くなったらフロント近くのウオーターサーバーで汲めとのこと。ヘアードライヤーは貸し出し無し。朝食の飲み物は1杯だけで、2杯目からは有料。

전반적으로친절하고 조용하여 하루를 편하게 보낼수가있어서 매우좋다는 느낌 호텔근처에 네팔에서 최고의한국맛집이 있어서 매우편리한곳입니다 에어콘이 있어서 덥지도않고 최고의추천이라생각되네요
