Great, satisfying service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've stayed at Hotel Surya twice. Always satisfied. This time, however, was different. Previously, I had a Signature room with a bathtub and balcony. This time, I had the same room but without a balcony. It's okay, still satisfied.

I've been a regular and always want to come back to refresh my mind. Definitely come here! It's very kid-friendly and the food is delicious. Plus, the rooms are clean and tidy, and smell great too. The Wi-Fi is top-notch, so don't worry!

Everything was very satisfying, and I would stay here again. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable… best of luck!

Friendly staff and clean hotel..

Breakfast wasn't comprehensive for such a luxurious hotel, and this was the first time children were charged for breakfast. But never mind.

The hotel is kids friendly, comfortable, the kids love staying here, but unfortunately the bathroom water is cold, it seems the water heater is not working optimally.

I really enjoyed staying here, because the view is beautiful, and it's quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable. The kids loved it and wanted to go home.

A perfect weekend starts with a comfortable place ☺️ The clean and comfortable rooms, complete amenities, and spacious pool area were a favorite with the kids. The hotel staff were also friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The hotel also offers a variety of recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, a sports area, and family facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay for the kids.

The hotel is very comfortable for a family staycation. The kids' area is also fun, and there's a large swimming pool. The rooms have quite spacious balconies. I really want to go there again next time.

Perhaps the breakfast menu could have more choices and maintain the quality of the food.

The hotel staff was friendly, the entire hotel environment was clean, but it was a shame that the breakfast menu was too ordinary, especially the fried rice menu was really lacking, and the omelettes were too much in stock so they were cold when served.

It was a great stay experience! They always had an event for guests, especially during holidays. Ambiance/Facilities: Very comfy, they have many facilities and fun activities. Food: The food was good, but I think they can serve more variety of food for breakfast. Staff Assistance: Very friendly and helpful. Price: Very worth the price. Location: Very strategic place.
