We had a wonderful staycation here. It was a great experience, with plenty of rides for the kids, and plenty of snacks around the hotel, so you won't be hungry in the middle of the night. The hotel is in excellent condition, from the lobby, elevators, swimming pool, play area, rooms, and bathrooms, all very clean, and super clean. We have no regrets about staying here; it was worth it considering the experience we had at Hotel Surya Prigen. Continued success, Hotel Surya Prigen.

Suggestion: Everything is good, but for the FB team that was incas during my stay, it was a bit unpleasant to look at. They should have packed it up in the room at breakfast. Each hotel has its own policy, but it's not enough to bring bread the size of an adult thumb, so a warning in a tone that's a bit unpleasant to hear. The point is, please don't wrap food. However, yesterday's room had a leaking shower jet, leaving the bathroom area near the toilet wet. They called a technician, but the leak persisted, although not as much as the first time.

I've stayed at Hotel Surya twice. Always satisfied. This time, however, was different. Previously, I had a Signature room with a bathtub and balcony. This time, I had the same room but without a balcony. It's okay, still satisfied.

I've been a regular and always want to come back to refresh my mind. Definitely come here! It's very kid-friendly and the food is delicious. Plus, the rooms are clean and tidy, and smell great too. The Wi-Fi is top-notch, so don't worry!

Friendly staff and clean hotel..

Breakfast wasn't comprehensive for such a luxurious hotel, and this was the first time children were charged for breakfast. But never mind.

The hotel is kids friendly, comfortable, the kids love staying here, but unfortunately the bathroom water is cold, it seems the water heater is not working optimally.

I really enjoyed staying here, because the view is beautiful, and it's quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
