We showed up and the elevator wasn’t working and they kept saying the electricity was low. The air in the room wouldn’t go lower than 75 degrees. We also had to carry or bags up and down the stairs. We ended up leaving after a few hours. I will say, they did give us a full refund, but didn’t help us get our items down the stairs.

Very clean and comfortable place

Our stay was nice and comfortable! We observed ants in the bathroom so I think there is a need for pest control. But other than that we loved the space in the room and the small kitchen with dishes.

I love how spacious the room is! Few things that could be improve: Would be nice to have a stove as there are other kitchenette stuff, dish soap seems like water was being added into it, very watery. Same goes to the shampoo and body wash soap!

Great stay

The manager Kristie and the staff Sam were great, they resolved my double charges quickly and with empathy. The other staff seem to didn’t care. The breakfast was very good and the place was spotless. The beds great as the decor. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. Just needs to train the staff that are not so good as they should. Thanks Sam and Kristie you were the best.

I really enjoyed this property. There were many things around, i.e. mall, food options, location. There was great convenience. The property was clean and staff was very helpful.

Was a good stay! Staff was really nice room was clean bed was clean! Room was really spacious which I wasnt excepting but I really liked! Definitely staying here again if go back to the area.
