I paid for a room at this hotel, and as we arrived, we soon discovered that it doesn’t exist anymore. We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. Terrible, terrible service, can’t believe they didn’t warn us at the very least since I booked five months in advance

Intermittent power and water for three days. They had generators, but would only run them for a few hours at night. Was very hot and buggy. This hotel is actually being shut down and they are opening up a fancy waterfront hotel next door. On the bright side, our free breakfast was at their other hotel, and the wait staff and food were awesome.
