No internet access in the room. The rooms were not clean.

All was good except the breakfast was left over and not well cared for.

Very nice hotel, service was good, friendly staff. One thing they can improve on is having staff wear some kind of uniform to seem more professional..

Location was ok. Room features was disappointing .....

room was clean and big, breakfast was excellent,the bed was comfortable except the bathroom was a little bit weird.

We booked there because it was close to the airport for an early morning departure. Decor fabulous, breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend Essence and at a very fair price

Bra hotell väldigt nära flygplatsen, vi bodde bara en natt. Trevlig personal och okej frukost. Om ni hinner så ta en tur in till Ioannina, en jättefin stad!

Bra service, fräscht och perfekt läge för oss eftersom det var nära flygplatsen och vi bara skulle övernatta innan resa vidare ut till Lefkada nästa dag. Lagom bensträckare/promenad på 5 minuter från flygplatsen. Lagom stort quadruple.rum för 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Trist men ok frukost.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, toujours avec le même plaisir. Accueil fort sympathique, en français de surcroît. Seul bémol : la chambre cette fois-ci était très petite et sans balcon.
