Comfortable: soundproofed between rooms, clean & spacious. Grocery is a short walk only. Downside: not comfortable & no privacy hanging around at balcony as other balconies from houses & apartments at the back are there as well. No double glaze window, had noise from back neighbor's backyard. Found some cutleries are not washed properly and a bit dusty.
