Like my Dad always said. You get what you paid for. So that is how I would respond to. I got whatever paid for. Not the most comfortable bed but it was ok. Bare necessities however, I thought it would have dishes etc.

They need improved on the internet/wifi...

No service. No one ever in the front. You had to take care of your own trash. Never in my life have i ever experienced that. First and last time i ever stay here.

Filthy, dirty and didn't get the room with 2 beds that we requested. We were given a full bed that 3 of us adults slept on.

Couldn’t sleep the shower was leaking and so was rest room so I couldn’t get a good rest.

Room only had one sheet on the bed. When my son requested a blanket, he was ignored by staff. Staff refused to provide service and was very unfriendly. The room was extremely cold and could not sleep. A blanket could have helped!

I have a video ,room with cockroaches plus this hotel commit fraud ,they make you pay and then when you go to the room and see the mess you come back and complain and they say no refund

There where a lot of roaches no the room next to the a/c the wall was falling apart all week along housekeeping never came to clean the room just horrible hotel

A very unfortunate poor experience at this location. Hotel rooms are worn, appliances full of rust, and one of the worst customer service experiences. When we secured the location through the website, it offered cancellation, but at the property they refused. Definitely a no reccomend from our end.
