Great spot

THEY GAVE MY RESERVATION TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND THE FRONT DESK SERVICE IS TO POUR SO I HAVE TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AT MIDNIGHT WITH MY FAMILY !!!!!!!!

I had an okay experience, the rooms were standard they had roaches, and roach bait all around the room. It was noisy staff I interacted were rude

Parking lot was extremely dark. It always smelled like marijuana in the check in area and elevator. Our room was so humid that everything felt wet. Walls were dirty. Refrigerator was rusted. The bathroom sink was dirty. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed cause the rod was bent downward. People above us were extremely noisy. Dripping from the ac above us was hitting our ac. Will not stay again

The room was filthy couldn’t stay in the property the room smelled like roaches and urine.

They gave us key cards to a room that was already booked. Can you imagine how awkward it was to walk in on a stranger sleeping? And when I brought it to the staffs attention, all they said was “sorry no refunds”

Not a good experience. Don't recommend this place

Took 30 minutes for someone to come to reception, then when I tried to check in they had to go find a room keeper to makes sure a room was available. That took another 30 minutes, only to find out a room with the specs I requested wasn’t available. I’ve requested a refund and was told by staff itll be 3/5 days which I expected.

The room was in poor condition my refrigerator was all rusted and dingy the shower was falling off wall and room smelled dirty had to buy air fresheners and candle. The hallways looked very dirty and property has trash all around. People were hanging outside and walkways onto elevators were stained and nasty. I had nowhere to go or else I would of left never again

It wasn’t the greatest customer service. I went to get the key check out and the guy at the counter was very abrasive against me.

Easy to park, staff was helpful

Nothing worked inside the room but was too tired to complain about it. Tv had no remote for tv and the room only had a sheet as a blanket. In the restroom all they had as complimentary was a bar of soap nothing to wash your hair with nor tooth paste

Horrible and dirty

Unfortunately the floor i was assigned smelled very bad like a resturant...canceled the booking...
