My employees waited over an hr for a member of the hotel to come at the front desk to check them in. That resulted in extra overtime pay from me . Also the water in the bathroom didn’t work so they had to go out to the nearest gas station to use theirs.

Booked and paid for a room Friday morning. Arrived Friday night around midnight. No front desk person to be, only a phone number to call. When that person came in, they informed me that no rooms were available, as the empty rooms had not been cleaned due to housekeeping issues. They refunded my payment, fine. I was stuck trying to find a room in the Triangle area at midnight, on a Friday night, on graduation weekend. Terrible stuff, thank you.

This place was horrible as soon as we walked in! Everything looked dirty and outdated. We immediately went back to the front to cancel the stay and the receptionist told me that they “don’t do refunds” and that “no further action is required on my end and I should receive my money back in a couple of days”. That never happened so I disputed the charge. Two months later, they reversed my dispute a day before my college graduation! I tried calling several times and no one is picking up! They WILL be dealt with!

I needed some help at around 10pm, I reached out to the front desk. Though there was staff at the front desk they kept mentioning they are closed and I should come back the next morning. The hotel floor (inside the room and corridor) was extremely dirty.

I had a terrible experience at WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Apex. The room was dirty — there was hair on the sheets, a broken chair, a moldy shower head, and both the shower and towels were filthy. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so much so that I couldn’t sleep all night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. This place is a complete disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone.

This is the dirtiest, nastiest, and smelliest hotel I've ever stayed in. This pet-friendly hotel smelled like a dog kennel, the blinds over the window were so greasy and dirty, and the dried feces on the chair (animal or human don't know) in the room made me puke. I arrived late to the hotel so changing hotels wasn't an option that night but checked out the next morning and got a room across the street and it was great.

There were roaches popping up throughout the whole stay, big ones, small ones and medium ones, they were popping up in the bathroom, stove top and walls. it was just gross, we couldnt sleep properly without overthinking there would be roaches on the bed.

The most disturbing incident occurred on the morning of April 7th, when I was abruptly awakened by a fire alarm at 5:30 AM. In the confusion and fear, I attempted to reach the after-hours number posted on the front desk door, but no one answered despite my repeated attempts. I was left with anxiety and uncertainty, not knowing the cause of the alarm or whether it was safe to remain in the building. When I attempted to ask for help, I encountered a man claiming to be the after-hours attendant, who was dismissive of my concerns. He insisted I reenter the building without providing any clear information about the fire’s origin, which made me feel unsafe and uneasy. Additionally, upon leaving the building, I encountered several roaches in the elevator, one of which I nearly stepped on. This was both disgusting and alarming. I immediately became concerned about the possibility of transferring pests to my belongings. I attempted to inform the front desk, but the area was closed at 8:30 AM. I was left with no choice but to leave my luggage outside to prevent contamination. When I arrived home and unpacked on April 9th, I discovered a roach had emerged from my luggage. This experience has left me deeply disturbed.
