There was mold growing on the front of the bathroom door… I had roaches crawling on the top of my phone while it sat on the night stand. Packed up tired to talk to front desk and she laughed said it’s not a big deal… and walked away… would not even tell me who the manager was…

This hotel is a SCAM. None of the photos advertising are real. The staff were not wearing professional cloths and were rude and not available. We had to call a number to be able to be checked in because no one was there… The rooms were disgusting, AC did not work, bathroom door did not close, there were roaches, a handful of us guests wanted our money back and we did not get a refund… Loud music from other guests that were sketchy and we did not feel safe… I called hotels.com and couldn’t get a hold of the manager ever (of course, the place is a scam) and did not refund me. After years of using hotels.com I’m disappointed that I did not get any help…

NOT AS ADVERTISED. Prison-like atmosphere. Dirty room. Zero amenities. Thought I was getting deal on the room rate. Turns out I overpaid - it was a dump.

I’ve had the housekeeping just come In the room without a knock or announcement while I was in my room on 2 occasions. They never came to service my room during the whole week I stayed. I’ve had pest control come to spray twice in the week I was there. They gave someone else my room and that guest tried to come in but noticed instantly that the front desk gave him the wrong room which lead to my key cards being deactivated and I couldn’t get in

What a dump. The room did not look like the photos. Floor was sticky, blond did not close completely. It was nice to have a fridge in the room to freeze my water bottles. I would not have stayed here if I had known.

They canceled my reservation today before we got there. Really lousy service!

I was given a room with no bed and all the cabinets needed to be fixed. I went to the front desk and was given another room. The room was over powered by the smell of bleach. I had to open the window. A TV was brought into the room. Staff tried to program it but it did not program. After continuing trying for a couple of minutes she gave up. She gave me the remote and said it was programmed to local cable, but it wasn’t. I did not bother to complain because no additional rooms were available. I will never stay at this property ever again.

Absolutely horrible. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Cigarette smoke everywhere

There were cockroaches in our room, floor was dirty, window shade did not close.

Good parking well lit. Bad; cockroaches, mold on ceiling, dirty floors, flooring gaps filled with debris and hall carpets as well, cooktop dirty, fridge dirty, drawers and cupboards dirty, broken window blinds, broken outlet coverplates, broken shower drain plug. TV would not power on, internet needed assistance from web tech to join turns out hotel staff misspelled my name.for access, will not stay here again.

Facility is not very clean, room 425 has a shower curtain rod that is ripping out of the wall. The TV was on when I entered the room making me believe that someone had been staying in the room not long before I was there.

The check in process took longer than expected. The elevator was inoperable at times. To a point I thought me and the kids were about to be stuck inside. Hallways smell like pets and drugs. The room had roaches. And definitely didnt like the fact I had to come downstairs for clean towels.

Very bad, this property shouldnt be allowed to be open. Cockroaches and bugs everywhere. Had to get a refund through my credit card company.

Got to room and counter tops and floor was dirty. There was a something on the wall by the bed. Tv was mostly black with 2 white spots. Went to front desk. Lady said they will fix both problems next day. Got back and neiter was fix. Went to front desk again. Different lady put a not down. Next day just had bed made and new towel. Not cleaned or tv fix. Was done after that.
