Our spontaneous decision to stay here proved to be an excellent choice, as the overall experience was highly satisfactory. The bathroom facilities include a shower, and the toilet is equipped with an integrated bidet. Please note that face towels were not provided. The television channel selection is adequate. The room itself is notably spacious and comfortable. The aircon was working. The hotel offers complimentary, presumably secure, on-site parking facilities. and it is free.

The location is convenient, within walking distance to Financial Park. There are several nearby dining options, and prices vary depending on the season. Overall, I am satisfied with the experience.

The stay and service quality were just not worth the price we paid. for RM200+ we could have gotten a better stay at other hotels in Labuan. and it was disappointing considering it is a relatively new hotel. the aircon was not cold. we mentioned it to the receptionist. two technicians were sent but it didn't make any difference. we woke up sweating. we didn't bother to ask for a change in rooms because it was only for 1 night. we will not go back to this hotel.
