Our stay was generally good but some things were off. We loved the location and style. Breakfast was decent and cleaning was excellent. An issue with our room was addressed right away, but we still had some trouble with hot water supply and staff attention towards one of our party when arranging transportation. These problems did not make our stay bad, but left us feeling some things can be better. Still a solid hotel worth attention, we would consider returning but would just ask for a room that doesn’t face the street.

Great breakfast buffet and have some variety everyday. Great location right next to San Pedro market. The outlets in room were very loose, closet was broken. The windows are very thin so you can hear everyone and our room was right next to the stairs so we heard when people were going up and down. No elevator. Great value though.

The breakfast was great with a large variety. They had a llama on site. I saw an employee teaching a family how to spin yarn. The motel had a lovely outdoor seating area and was very relaxing.

Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out early, I will never forget that generosity, I recommend you to stay here, just get a room away from the road

My room was excellent. didn't use laundry, Airport shuttle excellent! Breakfast off the hook! Amazing. Over all experience 9.85! .

We enjoyed our stay here. Our family enjoyed the large breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

Great olace

The staff are friendly and always helped out whenever we had questions and/or requests. The room was always stocked up on tea packets and fully clean by the time we got back from traveling, which included a changing of bedsheets, blankets and pillowcases, towels. The breakfast was a miniature buffet (avocado sandwiches, teas, coffees and juices (by-request), desserts, fruits, cheeses, etc.), with an option of freshly-prepared omelette, whether sunny side-up or scrambled. Kiki was a delight to see every afternoon, whether in her pen or ambling around the courtyard. All in all, an amazing establishment. Hoping to return whenever the next chance arrives.

The Hotel staff went out of theircway to make adjustments when my travel was delayed. Very clean and staff professional. Breakfast in morning outstanding.

Our stay was wonderful. Kiki's mom was very friendly and made sure we spent time with Kiki as well as take pictures with her. The restaurant staff during breakfast were great too, just make sure you bring change to provide them with a tip. The room that we selected was facing the street and it could be noisy throughout the night but after one night, you get used to the noise. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely recommend this hotel stay to others.

They have a pet alpaca on site. Centrally-located, near San Pedro market.

The space was very comfortable and was local. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, and Kiki was a great bonus. Although there wasn’t AC, opening the window and using the fan kept things comfortable for us, so we had no complaints. 😊

Breakfast was ok. Both me and my partner got ill on the last day from it. We were disappointed that the pool closes so early.

Cold water and room was also cold. There was no climate control. However, front desk and employee were very nice and welcoming. Room was clean.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. And the pet rescue alpaca was so sweet and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hot water in the evening was scarce but by morning it came back for morning showers. The water pressure dropped sometimes in the morning likely to everyone taking showers. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Great place!

Wow! Perfect place to stay- close to central Market … very clean and comfortable - staff was friendly and helpful, nice breakfast, tea/coffee etc. ..and loved KiKi the baby Alpaca in the courtyard! … fyi no music or drink in Feb, as it was low season- but would recommend this hotel 100%!
