If you’re looking for chic & boutique then look elsewhere. The hotel is a handsome property ideally situated next to the beach and close to town, but the interior lets it down. The leopard print carpets and grey walls of the common areas give off brothel vibes and the room was tiny, tired and lacking basic amenities- no fridge, no kettle, no bedside table, little in the way of toiletries. The bathroom was so small that that the WC was almost inside the shower and the towels were supermarket quality - thin and small. The furniture was heavy, dark and battered. It’s really the opposite of chic. Staff are very friendly but, really, they need to spend some money on their hotel rooms and common areas. I’d give this a miss unless you are fond of dated 2* hotels of old. I’m not.

The staff were super accommodating! Very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location next to the see and a quick walk to Intra Muros! The restaurant had a beautiful view of the sea. Highly recommend.

Amazing view

Our room was street view but not noisy. The room was very small . Looked to be recently refurbished. Dark wood furniture, big comfortable bed, modern shower room /toilet. Very clean. Coffee pod machine. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. Bar area/breakfast room overlooked the beach.

The views were spectacular! Throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was lovely. The shower was amazing. Lovely restaurants nearby would definitely recommend :)

Amazing location over looking the sea, like a postcard. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room small but comfortable. Cobwebs on the ceiling and carpet in need of a deep clean. Bathroom very small but had a good shower. Roof top bar is a plus. Nearby street parking is free. Dinner/wine was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and scrambled eggs scrumptious.

Quiet room, fresh sea air, stunning sunnsets, excellent food and service.

I was very happy with this hotel. It is located directly on the waterfront, a short 10min walk away from Intramuros, and a 15min walk from the TGV train station. My room (fourth floor, street side) was small but cozy, with a comfortable bed and a very good shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English for the times when my (very limited) French gave out. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of bread, including croissants, jams, cold cuts, juices, cereal, and pastries. Additionally, there are freshly-prepared eggs and crepes. The breakfast room doubles as a creperie / tea salon during the day. One very minor issue was that the elevator was out of order during my stay, and my room was on the fourth floor. Not an issue for me, but it might have been a problem for guests with limited mobility. Overall 5/5 rating, would book again in a heartbeat.

Nice spot

The view of the beach at St. Malo was spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The breakfast cheeses and meats were dried out. The room was very small and the parking was 350 metres away, in another hotel. There was no place to stop to drop off luggage.

The view from room and hotel were beautiful. The shower is not cleaning property.

The location of the property was amazing. However the picture showed on the website, showed full door windows looking out to the see, I did feel this was false representation of the room given. We just had a small window that opened onto the sea. Very disappointing.
