The room itself was great. Clean, confortable beds. Great layout with one double bed on main floor and two twin beds in the loft. The bathroom was fine - shower curtain was too short so the water sprayed out the bottom. And, the common rooms were mediocre. There was an electronic check in and out and no staff to be seen anywhere. It was very close to a highway exit and next to a McDonald's with an e-charger. But not a place you would stay if you were planning to hang around and relax.

We loved the beeroom with the mezzanine level. It felt like we werent sharing with the kids and they loved being up there. The room however was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning. Parking was plenty and we were allowed to park there before check in. It was about a 25min walk into the centre which was very good. Would recommend this as a place to stay for an onward journey

We stayed in a family room and were pleasantly surpised at how large it was and that there were two bedrooms. We checked in late, so used the check in machine and everything was pin operated. We would stay here again for a clean, comfortable stay

The room was a good size, but very tired door handles coming off, the tap was loose and blind didn't shut. The towels smelt like mould and cigarettes. The code didn't work on the door meaning we were locked out for an hour late at night with two children despite phoning three times, before the manager arrived. I will not be revisiting.

Nice hotel for the price. Good location close to shopping center and . Breakfast is extra (need to reserve the day before), but it was good - with fresh French bread and croissants every day. Rooms were clean, but bed was hard. Shampoo/soap from a wall dispenser in the bathroom - could be replaced by sample-size toiletry that would make it the experience much better. 24-hr private code access to hotel lobby and room was convenient.

Brilliant hotel who accommodated us as EXPEDIA had failed to make the booking!!! Luckily there were 3 family rooms available for 10 v tired people the youngest being 3!!! They couldn't have been more helpful which is more than could be said for the booking agent!!!

The staff were horrible. Before we even checked in they were already shushing my children, who were happy to of gotten out of the car after a 3hr drive. The family room was boiling hot, there was no conditioning, only a small fan like. When we asked for another fan they refused to give us it and said that only 1 fan per room is allowed even though we had a family room with an upstairs for the 3rd and 4th bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Chambre spacieuse, personnel très agréable

Camera ampia ma minimale. TV piccolo. Il calorifero andava pianissimo nonostante l' avessi posizionato al massimo quindi freddo tutta la notte. Personale gentile. Colazione misera.

Chambre pmr impeccable, spacieuse, propre. Je m'y suis bien reposé. Hotel calme, personnel accueillant, lit avec matelas ferme mais confortable.

La chambre est triste , sans décoration et surtout froide ! Le ménage est fait succinctement : poussières et toiles d’araignées dans les angles et sur les plinthes

Literie parfaite. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Enfin une douche dans une chambre d'hôtel, un vrai plus. Petit déjeuner excellent. Merci
