Clean, quiet and comfortable. Even had some English speaking TV stations. Good value for money, would stay again.

Disappointing

Very disappointed to be given Floor 5 with 2 large dogs. Asked repeatedly for a lower floor the check in staff very unhelpful kept saying fully booked and couldn’t move my room. The annoying thing was not everyone had checked in and they could I am sure done a simple swap for me. Very frustrating to be met by poor service and little empathy

Never been in a more disgusting place in my life

It was for only one night with our dog. Clean but small place. No reception on that day but easy access per code. For the price it was ok

20 h personne à la réception. Pas d'explication pour confirmer la réservation. On finit par avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, vraiment pas aimable et pas serviable. Nous avons des bagages volumineux, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.

Good value overall. Check in process is efficient, especially given there was no human interaction. The room had most of what one needs, and I was happy to be able to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk the next day. (This is probably noted on the hotel website under amenities, but I clearly missed it.)

Plain and simple and a good price, perfect for an overnight stop. The only negative was the noise of the water system when taps are used in other rooms.

Good hotel close to motorway for 1 night stay

Basic but clean. Room good value for money. ‘Continental’ breakfast disappointing. Uncomfortable mattress. Able to get a good value meal at the hotel across the road.

Needs some serious maintenance as toilet leaked badly and half flooded bathroom. Because we arrived late and left early, no-one to complain to.

Smelly, mouldy bathroom, noise from the corridor and other rooms, cramped conditions. Only book if you have no other choice or it’s an emergency. It was cheap for a reason!

Very pleasent after a long drive. Good temperature. Comfortable bed.

There were no staff around late at night when we arrived after a delayed Eurotunnel crossing. You need a 6 figure booking number to check in using the machine at the hotel but Hotels.com did not give us this. After 30 minutes trying to get through on the help line for B&B Hotels we got through to a very helpful guy who gave us the booking number to use. All OK in the end but thought at one point we would be sleeping in the car. The check in procedure needs to be made clear at time of booking!

Not bad for a low-budget plan. The only drawback was proximity to bus stops or a transport system that connects with the city center.
