The overall experience was good, only one snag. The digital check in did not function, but I was able to get my check in code and room information with the telecom box. Can recommend.

Very generous staff. Very helpful

Staff on duty about 5 hours a day. Check in at door is not too bad if you don't mind bending over at the screen. Asking for 2 extra pillows was like asking for the crown jewels, butt we did get them. Breakfast cappuccino had more chocolate than coffee. Every request or question asked of staff was looked upon as a onerous task.

Late check in was a bit complicated as there was no staff. You have to check in using the machine in the entrance, which didn’t work well. Our room was at the top floor and there is no lift!

The front desk was not open when we got there and the number we were given did Not work in the automated machine out front to get me into my room. We spent about 20 mins waiting on hold for a number that would get us in. Room was very small and sparse.

Great value as it included WIFI and nice breakfast. However the area was industrial and the room was a small prefab. ONE HELPFUL SUGGESTION: Please put the name of the highway exit (LeF??? or D484) on your site. We were a KM away and drove an additional 10 KMs before turning around.

This hotel is only good for a place to sleep on a road trip. The lobby is not manned until 5:00 so don't be early as we were.

Le code de réservation reçu de l’hôtel n’a pas fonctionner sur le système d’ouverture automatique de l’hôtel. J’ai du réserver une autre chambre.

Cet établissement est en réalité un ancien hôtel repris par la chaîne B&B. Globalement, il n’est pas exceptionnel. • La chambre était propre mais assez petite. • Aucune insonorisation : on entend les conversations des chambres voisines ainsi que les trains qui passent à proximité. • L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale. • Attention à ne pas le confondre avec un autre B&B situé non loin, qui est de bien meilleure qualité. • Le portail du parking reste ouvert, ce qui ne rassure pas sur la sécurité.
