Excelente lugar y lo repetiría !!! solo es que mi habitación estaba al lado de una de las entradas al baño de hombres y es incómodo abrir la puerta y encontrar gente entrando al baño, sugiero no usar esa habitación para huésped 103

This hotel is beautiful. The food at the restaurant was ok. I would have given this place five stars if it wasn’t because the receptionist charged me almost $1,000 extra and it took a while to straighten this out.

The service was great. The room clean, bed excellent, there’s construction going on so part of the hotel is closed. The rooms are not very modern and are very basic. Nothing fancy. The room was noisy. Breakfast excellent. It is close to the main plaza, it’s quite a walk to come back at night.

Beautiful property, incredible views, stunning pool. We loved this place for our family. The only thing we didn't like was the restaurant, we really disliked our dinner there and found the staff very slow and seemed confused. We left the hotel for dinners after that, but breakfast was good. One of the best hotel pools I've seen, kids loved the play room. Hot tubs were empty due to water restrictions.

It was absolutely beautiful property and the staff were fabulous. The birds and flowers were beautiful af just magical. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the balcony. It was just lovely. The spa and massages were wonderful. We had great mani pendis. We felt so at ease and relaxed. It’s truly a magical place.

The historic and Colonial rooms around the hotel, balconies and design it’s amazing and gorgeous.
