Excellent staff service, especially Rosie at the front desk. Hotel is conveniently located on the main route between Liberia, Rincon de la Vieja, and the Guanacaste coast.

Room was very clean. Lovely courtyard with pool Great atmosphere Just dated but comfortable.

Room was old but clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool area was mildly rundown but beautiful still. Breakfast was delicious. Really easy access to everything you need (bank, restaurants, grocery store, etc.) And close to the highway and airport. Good price quality ratio.

Hotel is older but very comfortable and felt safe. Room was breezy but able to keep it cool with the A/C. Free breakfast included premade omelets, rice, plantains, pastries and fresh fruit and coffee. Onsite restaurant was decent. Neighborhood was walkable and felt safe even in the evening after dark. Some Hotel procedures have a few unusual quirks but we had no real issues and staff was great.

The stay was amazing. We were there for 9 days, and the staff were just so accomodating. The inner courtyard was beautifully done with fruit trees, and pools. Poolside seating was comfortable and quiet with every opportunity for shade or sun throughout the day. The attached restaurant made great food in huge portions and the sangrias were splendid. The local fruit is just so good.

Room and garden area very clean. Just the decor is stuck in the 80’s. Rooms need upgrading. Breakfast could use more variety with hot foods. Pool area stuck in the 80’s. Only limited pool loungers so need to get more. Walking paths need repairs. I wouldn’t wear high heels there. But very clean, quiet and nice to have a patio for each room. I will stay there again as great location to walk downtown. Once we parked the car didn’t drive it u til we left.

Hair in my food, the curtain falls. I was taking a shower and they turn off the water.

My only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge in the rooms!
