The hotel had no faults, the staff were friendly and had an overall great stay. The breakfast was amazing that came included in the room and it changed slightly each day. The staff go into your room each day and make sure you have new towels if used, they have a roof terrace and this is so peaceful. The staff bring drinks to you that you request and they want to help you at any time. You do not get a key for the main hotel door, there is a bell on the outside and there are staff 24/7 to open the door. You get a key for your room. You do need to let them know what time you are arriving and the hotel is towards the top of the street with a copper sign above the door opposite the synagogue. Definitely would return in the future. One useful tip-make sure you use yellow taxis traveling in marrakech. We got into a car but this was not a taxi and he dropped us off in the middle of no where, we had to find a hotel with wifi and walk to the hotel.

A wonderful Riad right in the centre of Marrakesh, only a 15 minute walk from the main square. The staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile for you - The breakfast changes slightly everyday which is a nice touch and a good way to start the day. You’d be silly not to stay here! Oh, it also has a lovely roof terrace and pool!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were simple but totally adequate. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Our favorite place was the roof terrace. The only negative observation was that the riad courtyard/dining area was not smoke free so cigarette smoke permeated the whole area and stairwells. Highly recommend this place for other visitors to Marrakech

We had a wonderful experience at Dar 73. The riad is beautifully decorated, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home – always helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and served with great attention to detail. The location is perfect to explore the medina, yet peaceful enough to relax after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech!. The hotel is clean and organized.

We loved our stay at Dar 73! We got a warm greeting every time we arrived and the whole Riad was immaculate and beautifully presented. We had the 30m hammam and 60m massage which was around £50 each and was so relaxing. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and included in the price. We would definitely visit again. The only slight negatives are that the pool wasn't open when we visited late February, and that there are sometimes people sitting directly outside the entrance making access a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely amazing stay at Dar 73. It was a calm oasis in the busy city. Staff couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely Hamman experience there so would definitely recommend that. The bed was a bit hard for me but I was so tired after adventuring all day that I had no problem sleeping. The room was kept clean and welcoming.

The staff were so helpful at accomodating my late-night check-in after a flight delay. They offered to arrange transportation from the airport for me, and at no point was i left to walk the street alone to get to the riad. I was served tea and allowed to relax while check-in was completed. The staff were very kind and my room was kept fresh. I recommend trying the hammam spa treatment! It completed the experience.

Great stay! Nice and quiet and good walking distance to many things. I just wish they heated the small rooftop pool in the colder months. Then it would be perfect 👌

When you stay at a Riad in Marrakesh, you should have three criteria; does it have its own hammam, does it have some sort of pool, and does it have a good kitchen? Dar 73 is one of those places. While the breakfast is just OK and they don’t have coffee makers in the room, the staff is excellent riad is centrally located right near Bahia Palace and Tinsmith Square where it’s easy to get a cab anywhere in the city. Very comfortable and quiet. The rooftop terrace is beautiful at sunset especially if you have dinner prepared there. Highly recommend.

Somewhat difficult to find, down a long sketchy passageway. Upon arrival, greeted by very friendly and attentive staff. Very quiet hotel. No windows in our spacious and well-appointed room. Excellent shower. Our only complaint is that the room smelled of mold, likely due to the evaporation caused by the air conditioning system.

Genuinely an incredible experience at Dar 73. What is hidden behind a small wooden door is exceptional. Convenient walking to Bahia Palace, Badi Palace and Jemaa El Fna. Great breakfast and food options for lunch or dinner. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, explained the area in detail, excursions available and we always so friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious and accommodating. We would recommend this to any family or friends.

Good place to stay, but during check out asked to pay hotel tax (5EUR), which I was not expecting, especially when you only can pay by cash
