We stayed for 3 nights. We chose this hotel because it has a balcony, but when we checked in, they said we were not allowed to use the balcony. It was disappointing because both of us have “panic” with the room without an outside place, so yaa it’s disappointing, too noisy from the other room, for the food it’s ok. Even for the resto we were not allowed to use the outside place, they said because it was so dirty, so why don’t they clean then, have no idea but we tried to ask and finally they let us have breakfast in the outside.

My first experience staying here was quite good.

Stayed during SFF2025, location wise is OK as nearby has a mall.

Aqueen Hotel Paya Lebar is good.. but if you bring elderly people, it's a shame to have to travel far.. everywhere you have to take a taxi.. it's heavy on the fare.. because I'm bringing an 86 year old person back and forth..

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the environment is quite comfortable and close to transportation facilities and restaurants.

Ambience bit dark. I am not happy with the bathroom, too dark as well and water leaking from the back of toilet. TV channels not much options.

I had booked 4 rooms for 05 Feb 22. This hotel was near my wedding venue, hence wanted a place nearby for all our groomsmen and bridesmaid to stay at. Aqueen paya lebar was the perfect one. Service and staff were great! Would like to shout out to Mei from the reception, for being kind enough to upgrade some of the rooms and accommodating to all our needs! Such a pleasant stay it was! 😊.

A short walk from Paya Lebar MRT to reach this hotel. The room is not very spacious but feels homey. There is a small balcony but the door cannot be opened. Maybe it is only cater for the smoker. The queen bed we have gotten is a combined of 2 single beds. It feels like a worn bed that easily sunked in the middle but still comfortable. For the rates offered it is a hotel I would recommend for my budget friendly friends.
