The hotel is in a very good location, close to tourist attractions, you can walk. The receptionist is good. The room is beautiful and looks better than I thought. I really recommend it. The room is clean, inviting but the water heater control in the bathroom is dangerous. No breakfast. The guesthouse is quiet, warm, close to the morning market and the black market. Can walk anywhere There is free coffee drinking water. The car park must be parked in an alley in front of the guest house. In the shelter can only park one car The staff speak good. Friendly welcome Overall, very pleasant. Full 10 to 9 in. If coming next time, will stay here again.

Location is great and not quietly peaceful.very near to Mekong river,night market,lots of cafe.you can rent bicycle 10000kip from the guesthouse for whole day to explore the town.They have 40000kip for trip to Kuangsi Waterfall.Tuk tuk to airport is 30000kip (self search rather than booked through hotel).overall good stay.will come here again.
