Great stay and very comfortable rooms to stay for family with small kids.

Very nice hotel with excellent spa facilities, comfy beds in spacious rooms, great service and an amazing breakfast with lots of options.

We visited Krakow and this hotel was upscale and very modern, affordable and spot on We enjoyed the restaurant and business office onsite

Hotel is new and clean . Beautiful swimming pool and spa but the only problem was with guests who were swimming in their clothing ( pants, tee shirts etc). We are acostomed to take shower before entering a swimming pool. So the pool staff suppose to keep an eye on the rules.

Front desk / reception staff requires customer service training focusing on being polite with guests irrespective of their race/culture/background and treat everyone equally .

Really great staff minus the life guard. Our kids jumped in the pool over and over and had fun. He yelled at them after a while and pointed at the sign that stated no diving. When I asked him what the issue with jumping in was, he stated they could not jump in because its dangerous and they could hit their head while pointing at the "No Diving" sign. (No diving was being done). He said I was being rude with him for asking him what the issue was. Food was good, movie theater was great for the kids and rooms were very nice.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Stuff is excellent, very helpful. Very close to city center as well by tram.

The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the concert arena. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast selection was great. I really enjoyed my stay and was especially glad I didn’t have to deal with the crowds trying to catch a ride after the concert.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were really friendly. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. It was only a ten minute walk to the tram stop. We really enjoyed our stay.

-They organized a Wine and some nice refreshments for our honeymoon. I really appreciated that. -Breakfast was good. They have a live counter for nice omelet. -2 EV charger on site. That was very convenient. -Nice jacuzzi and sauna and hammam. We quite enjoyed that. -Room was nice and very clean. -Bathroom as also very nice and clean. -We went to the downtown with Taxi and it costed us 24 PLN. So it is very convenient if you have a car or commute by taxi. We did not check how far was the public transportation so I cant comment on that.

Service was very friendly

From start to finish our visit was great. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation we have would be for the restaurant. They close at 10 which is great, but they didn’t inform us when we sat down at 9 that you had to order dessert before 10 also. Not huge deal, but something to maybe mention when dining. All in all, we had a great stay!

Location

The sauna, steamroom and pool were great. Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Staff was friendly.
