I was a bit confused because of the self-check-in, but thankfully another guest helped me.

Subscriber since 2016. On April 13, 2026, when checking in using the machine, my booking number wasn't registered, and the room card wouldn't come out. There was no staff on duty, so a technician finally helped me. It's best to have staff present even when using the machine, to prevent machine damage.

The hotel is a bit rundown, but the lack of comfort is all made up for by the staff’s friendliness. I felt safe. There is a water dispenser at ground level and also water bottles provided in the room.

We stayed 3 nights in the Family Room corner unit, and it was too noisy as it is next to the highway. We heard ambulance sirens, cars speeding, motorbike loud engines, etc. It was really bad, and we asked for a room change, but the staff were not very helpful and said they couldn't change because there was no internet line. The toilet has no ventilation, smelt bad, and the hotel is old, with no renovation for a long time; no wonder the rate is affordable. Overall, a very bad experience, and I regretted it.

Please check the water gallon, don't let it empty. There's a risk of fire. Usually, you'll only be given one towel, but you'll be given two after the second day.

I am a cleanliness freak and found this hotel to be completely unsuitable for me, no matter what aspect I look at. I also found a lot of small hairs still stuck to the sheets and some kind of sticky dirt on the blanket. There were also yellow stains. Even though they were replaced with new sheets the next day but their sheets still have yellowish color.

I booked a hotel for 3 people after taking a shower at Sunway Lagoon. Parking is okay because it's late at night, so there's parking. If it's daytime, I don't know where else I can park. When checking in, you have to pay RM50 cash only. As a cashless Gen Z, checking in at night after being tired of playing is really inconvenient. Luckily, there's a hospital right in front, so you can run away. The room is okay, there's a TV with basic channels. There's a mini bar, bottled water. Soap and shampoo are only small packets. There's a water heater. There's only 2 towels even though I booked for 3 people, so it's not that bad. The bed and pillow aren't bad. The AC is cold. There's no fan. A big mirror, it's enough for us to get ready hahahaha. There's a dressing table with a chair. There's a trash can. There's no hair dryer. There's no iron. Maybe you have to ask for the counter. The room is clean, not bad. When it's almost time to check out, the staff goes up to the room and knocks on the door. Hmm, just be patient. We're all girls getting ready, aiyooo. The female staff is not very friendly. There is also an elevator, so it's not tiring to go up to the room. I don't remember what's around the hotel because it was nighttime, I just focused on sleeping. It's okay if you want to repeat. Expect a budget hotel. As long as you want to find a place to sleep, it's okay.

I stayed here for a few days because it was close to Subang Jaya Hospital, but the service was bad, the bedroom smelled, the bathroom smelled, the AC wasn't cold, and no complaints were made.

I've been a subscriber since 2016, but as of July 17, 2025, the room hasn't been cleaned.

Room cleanliness is a bit lacking, at 11.30 the room electricity was turned off on the grounds that we were not there to extend the room. Calculation once, even though we also entered the room it was late.
