El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido

Really beautiful place to stay, very clean and the layout is really great. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so good. I'm staying again next time I visit Leon in México. There's a lot of food around the hotel, so you have lots of choices to choose from. There's a mall next door as well.

The room was spotless, amazing views and very convenient.

It’s a great location for shopping but the hotel itself isn’t that great. TV had issues, AC was super loud, and you can hear everything from the street & other rooms. They also overcharged us for our stay but I didn’t have the patience to argue with them.

Todo fue excelente durante nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Rooms were not bad for the price breakfast is an add on for 20.00 dollars per person which was too expensive we ate at the outlet shopping center for less then 20.00 for two people.

Excelente opción para ir de compras a los Outlets de León. Además está super cerca de otras plazas de piel y calzado. Es un hotel muy cómodo, seguro y con estacionamiento amplio en el lugar.

Very small rooms but modern and nice

En general el hotel está bien, solamente que si vas a compartir habitación es demasiado incómodo pues los baños son abiertos, no hay división entre el cuarto y los baños
