I liked the breakfast that was avaliable every morning. Our room was nice and clean. It was quiet. And parking was very convienient for our rental car. We were close to the freeway that made it easy for us to travel. We have no complaints whatsoever. A shuttle was provided to take us to cruise ports and back from the ports to the airport for our trip back home. Five Stars all around!

Staff was amazing! Very attentive and catering to your needs. Would definitely recommend as a solo stay, felt safe, breakfast was good! Pool was nice, place was nice and close to everything!

Very nice room. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. The only negative was the loud noise from airplanes going over. I would still stay there again, but I would bring ear plugs to use during the night.

It is a good option to be close to the airport as we needed to because our flight was the following afternoon. They are very helpful as to what you can do in the area. The room was very spaces and has all the amenities and hygiene products you need and if you don't have everything reception offers that as well.

10/10 Room was very clean, breakfast choices had a great variety and the shuttle service to and from the airport and the Miami dock was timely and excellent. Overall very impressed with this hotel.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. To begin with, the transportation service was not reliable—pick-up and drop-off times were not honored, which caused unnecessary stress during my trip. Upon arriving, I was disappointed to find that the room was not very clean. Surfaces were dusty, and the bathroom did not feel properly sanitized. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and sadly, this hotel did not meet that standard. The most frustrating part of my experience was that I accidentally left behind a packing cube containing clothing. I know exactly where I left it in the room, but when I contacted the hotel shortly after checkout, I was told nothing had been found. The staff was dismissive and offered no real help in trying to locate or resolve the issue. It feels incredibly unsettling, especially when I’m confident the item was left behind. Overall, I would not stay here again. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor transportation service, and unhelpful staff, this hotel does not prioritize guest care or accountability.

At check in, I changed my form of payment. I went out of the country and came home to both of my cards being charged (cleared charges, not pending) for the room (so, an extra $200.) I called the IHG number, they said someone would call me back within 48 hours. They did not. Called again and got told the hotel said they canceled one of the payments. I said, they didn’t because I am looking at 2 charges. So they told me to dispute it with my bank. So I called the hotel directly, left a message. Haven’t gotten a response and now I’m having to fight it with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous and the whole thing is terrible service. Very frustrated and disappointed. (Additionally, the outside seating closes at 9 with the pool and you get locked out of the hotel if you’re out there. The manager came out and rudely said something about it, that we struggled to understand due to the language barrier. Seems pretty ridiculous. The inside seating was FREEZING and nobody wanted to sit in there!)

Terrible experience. When we arrived at the hotel, our room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an hour for the housekeeper to finish cleaning it. The next morning, I couldn’t sleep at all because the housekeepers were talking and laughing loudly in the hall from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. There’s no respect for the guests—you come on vacation to relax, not to be woken up by noise. Also, the windows are not soundproof, and the constant noise from airplanes taking off and landing is unbearable. I would not stay here again

Good for the purpose I needed

Picked this hotel as it is close to airport and had a shuttle- which I couldn’t find and I am special services required at Wheelchair due to recent surgery so I couldn’t walk around to find the shuttle. I had to pay for a taxi. Check in was fine but not friendly at all. There was hardly any outlets in the room that worked. So glad I only had one night to be here.
