The room was large and comfortable. However, after a long day of hiking we returned at 4 PM to discover that our room had not been cleaned. For a Westerner, I found the food at both breakfast and dinner to be very unappealing. Although we had paid for half board, we skipped dinner the second night. Instead we drive 15 minutes to a cafe with good salads and croissants.

Very nice place for staying, dining, relaxing & sightseeing around. The only point is the hilly slope and walking with stairs....

Location is just nice, beautiful view with cloud. My kids love the room so much. Cool weather with the hot bathtub. Dinner & breakfast is good.

The area have a one way drive which is dangous at night, recommend to drive in the morning The room is not so clean as I found some hair at the shower, the staff was very nice

第二次住，第一次住本館覺得很棒，第二次的房間要爬坡（在本館下面），景色就還好，整體來說還不錯，但我們住的那間空調很像壞了，很悶，還好三月天氣還不錯

雖然房間已略顯老舊，但地點位置佳，環境優雅，服務親切，餐廳溫馨，餐點豐盛，碰上櫻花滿開，是一次不錯的住宿體驗

覺得很好，房間很乾淨，吃的很好。

清境佛羅倫斯渡假山莊，環境不錯，房間整潔，餐食都有一定的水準，去清境住宿的絕佳選擇。

房間和浴室超大，只是住宿往餐廳有點高，上落比較吃力．

員工服務態度很好, 每次出門進門都會親切問候, 也跟我的小朋友打成一片. 房間整潔,舒適, 有大露台望山景一流

整體環境很好，也很乾淨住起來很舒服，在吃的上面，也感覺的出來老闆很用心在經營，櫃檯服務人員真的很親切，還有機會去旅行的話，會想在帶家人去入住

1F巴洛克藝術雙人房視野被另一建物擋住,不值得高於1萬的房價.

整體還不錯，唯一的缺點就是水壓太小容易忽冷忽熱

服務不錯但是我們住的房間樓上清潔度不夠 小孩子起疹子 廁所有異味一直排不出去 很臭

房間充滿化糞池的味道實在太臭了，廁所門關上仍然沒用，整個晚上似乎住在沒清潔的公廁裡，真的是太糟糕的經驗，下次絕對不敢再去了

房間熱水不穩定真的很讓人不舒服，價錢中上衛浴品質卻不如預期但是服務的確令人滿意！
