Front desk people were averagely nice. Although, we were not told the pool was not working. We got all ready for the pool and then asked if they had any fresh towels. The front desk guy then advices us of the pool being maintenance. Also, they did not tell us they had breakfast included. I had to read it on the emailed receipt. They need to be a little more informative. These are things people need to know. The room was not very clean. Thank God I brought my Clorox spray and wipes. Won’t be staying here again.

Frank at front desk told me 3 days before check in that we would pay when checking out on Sunday, but when Pat arrived they told her to pay then and we had arranged to pay her room. A little awkward for her. She had to wait wait till someone got to her to pay, she is 75 years old and was uncomfortable with situation. Also, had requested seperate shower from tub due to their age, but did not happen.

Arrived checked out the hotel pool was closed was told 2 differnt stories on why then went to take a shower that night and the water was luke warm more cold than warm. Pull out bed in sofa was horriable no blanket sheet didnt fit the bed. Room had a funny smell was nothing like advertised would not recommend to anyone.

They charged us two times for the stay and the property manager tried to say there were no other charges made I had to call Hilton customer support to find out what was going on.

Front Desk Staff either not friendly and or not present; rooms are showing lack of upkeep (i.e. toilet moving; not hot water; spider webs throughout rooms; mildew/mold growing in the bathroom; AC unit continuously running; no more firmness in the mattress; hair in the "clean bath towels". Overall unpleasant stay and would not recommend.

Our stay was decent, I’ve been to better Hampton Inn’s. We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 and left next day around 10:30. Since we got there until we left one of the elevators had what seemed dog dookie on the floor and was never wiped down. Breakfast area was clean, but most of the food trays were empty. We had to continuously ask the lady for them to be refilled. It seemed like they only had one employee in the whole breakfast area. She seemed annoyed when we kept asking for food and she would just say, “you have to wait”.

Excellent hotel and location to downtown businesses, restaurants and highways. The morning breakfast area is large and quite cozy. The food set out was clean, hot and tasty. Adequate parking area. Do yourself a favor and book a room here.

Check in was good, quick and easy. Room was poorly cleaned and maintained. Excessively sticky tile in entry way, paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Woke up in the morning to find ants in all of our snacks. Did not stay the second night. Hotel manager refused to speak with me. Refused to provide refund for the second night. Only point of contact is an email address. Not what I expect from a Hilton property.

Breakfast was very good with wide variety of food. Coffee was very good. room was great except too dry. both of us felt very dried out through the night and both got headaches, which is not normal for my wife. Some humidifying capability during winter is suggested.

Overall it’s a solid Hampton inn. The service was great as well. The main issue is that there’s a train that runs almost every hour at night for all you light sleepers. So beware.

No hand soap in the dispenser. Overly expensive. The gentleman at the front lacks was not courteous during making the reservation.
