We were frustrated for over an hour waiting to get our room. It's very usual I got free drink vocher at the bar while waiting for the room in other hotels, but i got nothing.this time. The cleaness of main pool toilets weren't good. The coffee machine of breakfast buffet really needs an upgrade.

Very properly maintained, very clean and great service

This hotel is excellent! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from your first day. The service here is top-notch! However, the hotel is located in an area where you will definitely need a car to get around. While the hotel can recommend some places to visit, I suggest doing your own research as it can lead to better options.

Beautiful rooms w beautiful views of the ocean. Nice to have a private pool. Breakfast was awesome. Staff really helpful. Only downside is lack of things to do around the hotel. Isolated from shopping, Dinning, exploring. Most excursions will not pick you up from this hotel since buses cannot access thru the dirt road. Consider renting a car if staying at this hotel. Uber is ridiculous at $40 a ride no matter the distance. Taxi is ok but can add up quickly. Otherwise love the room, the staff, and good breakfast.

Beautiful rooms and nice to have a private pool or jacuzzi. Staff was very helpful w translating for us concerning our itinerary items. Breakfast every morning was awesome. Rooms are all white, loved waking up to the beautiful ocean that faces the windows every morning. We had a regular room and the larger room and both were nice. Showers were nice and hot. My only complaint is the location. Not great if you want to go shopping or exploring bc there is literally nothing around this hotel. This is a nice place for someone who wants to do nothing but enjoy their room. Some excursions will pick up from this hotel but majority of the time you have to catch a taxi to another nearby hotel where the excursion had to pick you up from (hence the lovely ladies at the hotel were SO very helpful) would stay here again if not planning to do anything but enjoy the room. Probably not with the kiddos.

Very pretty property but not on the caldera. You will need your own transportation or be prepared to pay for the taxis.

I enjoyed the location and privacy. We were told everything about the island but wasn’t told the restaurant was closed upon our arrival. I requested an extra blanket and had to wait almost 3 hours to get it. The next morning, the restaurant wasn’t fully operational at the time it was suppose to be open. I didn’t like how we were told to get cash for spa services due to the professional having a broke machine but we ended up paying at the reception desk and not the professional. We had to pay the hotel for the taxi transfers to and from the airport which was fine but when it came to going other places, we paid the driver directly. If everything would’ve been communicated thoroughly in the beginning I think this would’ve made this vacation a 5.

Our stay had both positive and less favorable aspects. While we appreciated the room’s comfort and found it well-equipped with everything we needed, the breakfast buffet was just okay, and having only one coffee machine led to frequent waits. The restaurant and bar service hours felt limited for what is marketed as a ‘luxury hotel,’ and the reception experience was rather basic compared to the warm welcomes we received elsewhere in Greece. Though the staff were polite and professional, the overall experience didn’t fully match our expectations. Additionally, the views at the edges of the property weren’t as impressive as expected, as you needed to step back to fully appreciate the ocean view. As a gold Expedia member we had the perk to upgrade to a better room if available. Unfortunately it wasn’t available for us and the late check out was only available for 1 more hour. Overall, while the hotel offers comfort, it could enhance its service and hospitality to match the exceptional experiences we’ve had at other places in Greece.

I liked the space in the rooms and the private decks. I also liked that there was a restaurant on property and easy to get transportation. I didn’t like that it was not walkable to things we wanted to do.

Everything was great only negative is it’s not walking distance to anything so you basically need to rent a car

Stunning hotel, very private and were treated like royalty. Nothing walkable in the area, need a taxi to travel into a town but the property had food and water available and was very quiet.
