This hotel is truly five star property with the incredible ocean view, friendly and well trained staff, and excellent design. Highly recommended.

정말 좋았고 편안했습니다. 시설은 정말 정갈하고 휴식에 최적화되어 있다고 생각합니다. 다만 6년여전 기억하는 당시 최고 수준의 조식에서 머물러 있는 것 같습니다. 지난 몇 년간 호텔 부페가 너무 많이 상향평준화되어서, 이 부분은 좀 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

전반적으로 매우 만족하였고 편하게 잘 쉬다가 갑니다.

View from bacony was amazing . Sunrise amazing . Clean room and facilities. Service need to be improved and. Breakfast should be improved as a high quality hotel .

Beautiful beachfront hotel with a full amenities

갤러리 더블 객실 숙박했는데 사이드에 위치해 두 면이 경포대와 바다가 파노라마로 펼쳐져서 전망이 더욱 좋았어요. 층고도 높아 개방감이 시원했고, 침대와 침구도 포근하여 잘 잤습니다. 야외수영장이 싱가* 마리나****보다 규모는 훨씬 작으나 바다를 배경으로 맞닿은 듯한 자연적 느낌이 개인적으로는 더 좋았다 생각합니다. 지하1층 사우나는 노천탕도 있고 깔끔하게 관리되서 피로를 풀기에 좋았어요. 조식부페에서 직접 원두를 갈아 서비스 하는 아이스 라떼가 맛있었고 저녁 9시에 로비에서의 피아노 연주도 좋았습니다. 다른 가족들과 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

The view is fantastic. Overall, the room is Very clean and well maintained. The view from the pool for sunset is top notch. However there is no service at all. No bellman to help upland and unload luggage. With the pricing tag like this, the management team needs to put the customer front and center and have an overhaul on service. Furthermore, the charge of two simple coffee is more than 20 USD. That is a rip off.

Service is top notch, the food is excellent quality with many great options, the room amazing, the view breath taking. I would love to return.

You know.. when you paid $800 and the expectation is high, you always disappoint at some point. But this time, everything exceeded expectation. This vacation therefore, was only beautiful and perfect. I really appreciate every person I met there. Sending love to all!

Friendly staffs and good service. Swimming Pool was busy and smaller than picture. Food was good .

It was a lovely experience. Beautiful view, nice clean room, good quality linens and pillows, very good bathroom, kind staff, lovely reasonably priced dinner at the à la carte restaurant. Last but not least, the breathtaking architecture drove us crazy. I would only like to mention three details: 1. The room was a bit hot. I turned the heating off but the temperature didn’t go down. We had yo open the balcony door a little. 2. Probably because of the Covid-19 restrictions and the impossibility of a buffet, the breakfast was limited. 3. Booking a room for a second stay seems impossible. Couldn’t find availabilities on several random dates I tried between now and early 2022!

The best place for a prestigious stay in Kangwon province.

The room was very tidy and the pool was well maintained.

레스토랑/ 프론트 등 다른 곳의 서비스는 매주 좋았습니다. 그러나 수영장 관리 인원들은 프로페셔널 하지 못하다 라는 인상이 컸습니다. 아이들이 다이빙 하는 것도 제지 하지 않았으며, 수건 가져 가는 것들에 대해 오전과 오후 담당 하시는 분들의 말이 다른 등, 무언가 동네 수영장 같은 느낌 이었습니다.

it was a PERFECT TRIP! We loved everything about the whole hotel. We were originally going to stay a one- night trip, but it was so much fun that we stayed 2 more nights! The food was amazing even the buffet was delicious. The Sauna was good and it was really clean and convenient. The beach was so nice, with emerald water and the private beach really topped the trip.

Ocean view in the room was fantastic. My parents loved spa because the water was very clean and made the skin shiny with rich sea water.

I was very happy with SeamMy favorite part always!
