We have booked here a few times now, it's definitely worth it the location is great, staff are always there if anything is wrong, the beds are well comfy, I would definitely recommend,

Room was full of ants. In the bed and in morning sink was full of thousands of them.

We had a lovely stay here whilst in Denmark. Apartment was spacious and clean only issue was it was 30min from Billund and taxi costs were extremely high to get around and service was so low as there was no staff available or reception desk if you had any issues whilst on your stay.

Worst service ever probably. There is no reception desk so everything has to be over call and email and they don't even respond well. Rooms are nice and spacious but that is it. If there are problems they WILL NOT SOLVE IT.

Booked and paid a room a year in advance. The hotel cancelled my pre-paid booking one day before the stay with no reason or apologies. There was a big sporting event in the area during the time, so replacement hotel ended up costing us 2000€ extra for a few nights. Disgusting behavior by the hotel, I wouldn’t trust them to keep your booking. Choose somewhere else.
