Great hotel in a fantastic location. Breakfast was included and was delicious. All the team were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit, and with a car park on the doorstep very convenient too.

This is a lovely, quiet, and well-situated boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and attractive, the fresh breakfast and afternoon snacks are a plus, but the standout feature is the friendly, caring, and knowledgable staff! Highly recommended.

This is a charming 13 room boutique hotel on the edge of the historic city center. I arrived quite early and the receptionist prioritized my room with housekeeping and texted me less than an hour later the room is ready. The room was well appointed, clean, spacious and featured high windows looking out into an inner courtyard shared with adjacent buildings.. One disappointment: housekeeping did not refresh my room after my first night’s stay. A big disappointment given the price of the room. I told the front desk and the staff said they were sorry but housekeeping “must have forgotten”. Incredible, this is only a 13 room hotel so how could housekeeping forget? I never did get an adequate explanation.

Lovely large room, super helpful and friendly staff, and a wonderful location, walkable to all the main attractions and seafront. It's a smaller hotel so quiet and the location is quiet too even though its just 5 mins from the main shopping areas

Lovely property and the staff was incredibly helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations, as well as directions. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic breakfast at the hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room smaller than expected, but central location with walking distance to so much more than made up for it. Air conditioner a bit tricky to get working well.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, and the hotel is lovely and small, very comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have had a better stay.

Marie at the front desk was so helpful, kind and very informative. She offered great suggestions on where to be and eat. I also had a really early flight the day I was checking out so she brought up some food for me to go the night before since I would miss breakfast which was so nice!

Perfect location and stay

Other than trying to find the parking garage due to directions given to us. The hotel was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with fresh omelettes until the espresso machine broke down on our last day. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was clean and spacious. We liked the interior and historical theme. The location was perfect as it was accessible to everything within walking distance. The concierge ladies were so kind and helpful. They gave details and information to help us navigate there. We enjoyed chatting with them about Mallorcan experiences. The room temperature remained too warm despite the thermostat adjustment. Would be a pleasure to return here.

had a wonderful stay at AH Art Hotel in Palma. The location is superb – right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore on foot and with excellent transport links nearby. Despite being central, the hotel is quiet and feels very safe. The townhouse-style building has a relaxed charm, blending comfort with character. Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Everything felt convenient. Overall, an ideal choice for a peaceful yet central stay in Palma.

Parking not ideal but everything else great

Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice inc fresh cooked to order omelettes and cava! Great location, next to car park and close to restaurants, shops and tourist sights. Comfy bed, well equipped bathroom. Complimentary tea & coffee with cakes in small lounge. Would def stay again and recommend. Car park is €2 per hour and capped at €24 for 24 hrs. Hotel rate is €25 from noon to noon. As we arrived at 5pm and leaving at 4pm the next day they advised us to pay the car parks rates as cheaper.

This is wonderful bouquet hotel in the center of Palma, excellent service, friendly helpful staff who provided complimentary concierge services, reserved parking next door, great elevator and cool AC, terrific breakfast included, and lovely room with comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent

This was THE perfect choice for our first visit to Palma. The AH is right at the edge of the old center of Palma so walking distance to everything. Very close to the amazing Market L'Oliver, historical sights and such good shopping. We received the best service from the front desk staff. Really above and beyond from Julieta and Maria. The breakfast is incredible and Melania prepared a delightful spread each morning. Cannot recommend this sweet little spot enough. STAY HERE!!!

Love this little place. Perfectly situated in old town and right next to Placa Major and a couple of blocks from Mercat de l’Olivar. So many excellent tapas bars nearby. Excellent breakfast plus the little things that make a stay more enjoyable like the full-body shower jets, quality toilet paper and coffee/tea always available in the room or lobby. WiFi can be a little spotty in the room but easily overlooked because you’re on vacation, right?
