Could have been a better hotel, location is good and nice view and tours options, but the service was zero unfortunately. I stayed for one full week, very few kitchen staff and some reception staff such as Victor and Luciana really made my stay special and they were just amazing and very helpful and patient every-time i needed assistance. Some other staff such as Pedro and Juliana were very unprofessional and they try to charge me extra money to get another room upstairs because the view to the lake is an extra charge apparently. Other than that, it was great. I wanna say an amazing thanks to Victor and Luciana once again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location makes it more amazing! The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed all the love and support we received during our stay. I was especially touched by the front desk receptionist named Felipé. He was an absolute ANGEL and made us feel right at home. He went far and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our experience so special and personal. You can count on him during your stay! Love this hotel, will be sure to be back!

Great and helpful check in by Luciana. The hotel is modern and has affordable rates, the Pool area is clean and has the most beautiful and picturesque views of the sugar loaf, the bay, Christ statue and downtown skyline. Worth a visit. Will definitely be getting back for 3rd. time. Luiz

Felipe was an absolute delight. He made the entire guest experience extraordinary. He always answered my calls politely and demonstrated genuine care, which I truly appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and exuded a welcoming atmosphere.

Felipe at the front desk was amazing! Charismatic, fun and down to earth. He recommended places for us to go, we went and enjoyed it. It was our first time in Brazil and he was super welcoming. Can’t wait to see him again!
