The hotel is located inside a mall. It can be a bit intimidating if you're walking alone at night, as the elevator is located in a corner. However, the hotel's location is quite strategic, close to Sogo Mall.

Rooms are full of cockroaches, the shower is broken. Other than that, it's good.

1. The registration counter is manned by foreigners, not customer friendly. No Malaysians. 2. The room is not clean, there are cockroaches walking around. 3. The parking fee is too high.

I always choose to rent a hotel near here near Sogo and shops on Jalan TAR.

The best is amazing, even though the breakfast is simple, the food is nice and delicious.

Have been staying here a couple of times in the past months. Even though the building is a bit old, it's being properly maintained. Very convenient location as it is very close to SOGO, Medan MARA, etc., which are very happening every night.
