Redang Island Resort has one of the best locations because the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Just around the resort there are many hidden gems and spots that are very beautiful to take pictures. Unfortunately, the service from the staff was less satisfactory and I think there is definitely room for improvement. The room is also beautiful and comfortable, but there are several holes/gaps and the doors and windows cannot be closed tightly. As a result, many forest mosquitoes enter the room. For me who is allergic to mosquito bites, the bites take almost a week to heal and some leave scars. For breakfast, for me the choices are very ordinary and not worth the price paid. Personally, breakfast outside the resort, especially at the village stalls around the area, is more worth it. The service at the restaurant is also quite disappointing even though it was not peak hour. We had to wait and get our food in a rather confusing way. Overall, the location and beauty of the resort is indeed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the service and maintenance still need to be improved a lot. If these things are improved, I think this resort has the potential to become one of the most attractive places to stay in Redang.

Please repair properly the toilet flush for room number 472. Btw, I booked this resort accidentally because I thought the location [was] at [the] mainland. Suddenly, when I arrived at Terengganu, then I double-check[ed] and they're saying this resort [is] in the island. Hmmm, but I still can enjoy [it] with the views. This resort is suitable for couples [on a] honeymoon, not for bestie, huhu.

Review: I recently stayed at Redang Island Resort for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was a mixed experience. Positives: The resort 's location is great — close to the jetty and nearby food stalls where you can easily order meals. The staff were outstanding — friendly, quick to respond, and even provided a free ride to the marine park. The room was clean, the king-size bed was comfortable, and all amenities like the air conditioning, fan, and mini bar worked fine. The pool was large and clean, and there 's a convenient mini store for snacks. Areas for Improvement: However, the resort itself is showing its age. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly, with hair and grime around the drain. The shower pressure was weak, and the faucet became dangerously hot when using the heater. The wardrobe had a strong, unpleasant smell, and much of the furniture, as well as the chalet, seemed ready to fall apart. The air conditioning compressor was old and lacked a fan cover, posing a safety risk for kids. Rusted metal scraps around the chalet and stairs that appeared on the verge of breaking added to the concerns. The windows didn't close properly, and the door was difficult to lock. The sea view chalet wasn't worth the extra money; The view was disappointing. The restaurant was another letdown — food was expensive and tasteless. I recommend buying food near the jetty instead, where the quality is much better. Breakfast at the resort was similarly unimpressive, with limited and bland options. The mini store was often unattended, making it difficult to pay for items. Conclusion: Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the exceptional staff. However, the resort desperately needs more staff and major renovations. It 's a lovely location with potential, but it 's clear that the facilities need significant improvement.

Not much choices for breakfast served, and the food was terrible. A holiday at the worst beach in Redang. Will definitely never come back to this resort.

Pleasant stay for honeymoon trip and for those who want sometime alone without hassle. The only thing here, no further choice of food. You have to either eat at hotel cafe or walk approximate around 500m to go to the nearest food stall. If you unlucky, sometimes food stall even close. You may rent motorcycle or scooter at nearest stall outside hotel.

It’s the best place to enjoy with your lovely partner, it’s peaceful place and so quiet, this place for people who really like to be faraway from the town, it’s not recommended for people who going with group or friends.

the room is not clean.. there is cockroaches in the bathroom and aircon.. the service also not good.. the location of this hotel is very far from everything.. they recommend us to go to public beach when there is nothing we can do there.. and they drop us far away from the beach so we need to walk about 30 minutes.. when we call the receptionist to pick us up again they do not want to because they busy and we need to wait until 5 pm when i got there is at 12 pm.. so what can we do there for 5 hours.. and when we found another way to go to other beach that is more beautiful and have activity to do we only ask the receptionist to pick us up at the jetty near the hotel (only takes 10 minutes for them to reach there) they did not want to and gave us the reason that doesn't make sense.. they said they can not provide transportation because we didn't take a tour from hotel.. i mean that it should be their job to provide facilities since they hotel is far from everything.. then how we suppose to reach the hotel when there is no taxi there.
