My 9-night stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel premier in Ginza was nothing short of excellent. The staff members were tremendously helpful. Even with limited English, they did everything they could to communicate with us and provide solutions whenever needed. Secondly, cleanliness is something you never have to worry about in Japan. The bed, bathroom, and public areas such as the hallways, restaurant, and even the public restrooms were all sparkling clean. In fact, every time we returned to our room after housekeeping, it felt just as spotless as it did on the first day we checked in. The breakfast was superb! There was a wide variety of options, mostly Western dishes with some traditional Japanese selections. Everything was delicious, especially the grilled fish. However, if you are staying for a longer period like I did, the breakfast menu remains fairly similar each day, so you might start to feel bored after the fifth or sixth day. If that might bother you, I would recommend purchasing the breakfast coupon on a daily basis instead. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of major metro stations and shopping areas. Since the hotel is located within an office building complex, the area becomes very quiet at night and never feels overly crowded when coming in or out of the building. I truly hope their rates remain the same the next time I visit Japan.

A great hotel, perfectly located in Ginza. Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and you'll find yourself in the Ginza shopping district. Recommended for a family vacation.

Clean and Convenient Stay Near Ginza. This hotel is spotless and conveniently located, with a 7-Eleven right in front for quick and easy access. The cleaning staff is awesome. Always have clean towels and pajamas, and the amenities are so nice. Love the bathroom the most. Best with the rain shower, bathtub, and bath salts available. No leaking from shower to toilet area.

We stayed a total of 5 nights. (3 rooms) 3 nights the rooms were not cleaned, right? Because of the economy plan (no cleaning) because our agent doesn't know either? We asked for 1 day of cleaning, right? {the hotel also couldn't do it) didn't give any discretion. Please be discreet if a guest experiences difficulties. Hopefully Daiwa Roynet can satisfy guests.

Good hotel, location near ginza and room very clean.

It was a nice hotel which located in a nice area, in front of the hotel there is a 24/7 Sevel and drug store. But somehow the service is not as good as japanese hotel in general, but compare to normal hotel its already a really good hotel. Everything is so clean, the room is not smelly. The amenities is very complete even they provide the bath salt, but you have to take it in the lobby. Overall I have a nice experience but compare to other hotel in Japan that I've been stayed, the service is not that good.

Good location, they thought of everything in the room, automatic toilet seat, flush, complete toilet amenities, bath tub, etc. Room is not big but properly designed. Recommended if you are travelling solo.
