Elevator was broken- said it will be fixed tomorrow which never happened. No offer to help with our luggage. Staff not readily available at the desk. Telephone lines don’t work so if you want to come all to the front desk you must walk downstairs (cause the elevator was hit working ;( ). Just we got our steps in! Room was nice - nice set up and very clean. Housekeeping was good. Oh and the back door is just open cause the handicap buttons don’t work so not great security or accessibility.

It took a while to check in, as the front desk woman seemed to be also waiting tables in the restaurant, but the staff were warm and friendly. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again.

We stayed only one night so can't speak to all the amenities offered by the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate with two queen beds. The bathroom sink was cool (on-top-of-counter style) but there was a minimum of counter space to put our toiletries. The continental breakfast was a nice option. On the stairs in a couple places, the carpet seam was loose which could be a tripping hazard for some. I was happy that there was an elevator even though the Expedia site said there wasn't one.

Restaurant was good
