The hotel is located on a hill above Sapa station. It's the only halal hotel in Sapa, and also has a restaurant inside. The spring rolls are the best. The staff even showed that the chicken used in the kitchen is halal-certified. The room was a bit dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are several halal restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located relatively close to Sun Plaza and the city center, but the road is quite steep and requires a shortcut using stairs. However, the staff and the hotel are very nice. Breakfast isn't very varied but sufficient.

disappointing stay at this hotel. We booked a mountain view room but were given a city view room instead. Despite informing the staff, we weren't moved to the correct room until our departure, and even then, we asked for compensation because mountain view was more expensive than city view, but no compensation was offered. We were also charged extra for early check-in, despite having paid 60% of the room price upfront for early checkin. The food was subpar, with limited options and unappetizing taste. Overall, not a great experience
