Nice, clean room with very comfortable bed. Good location. Breakfast buffet OK, but choices could have been a bit larger. Nice Jura coffee maker making excellent coffee. Overall a good hotel in Yverdon.

Nice, modern hotel within walking distance of the city centre. Very friendly staff.

The Studio room was very spacious with a good modern look. Having a separate sitting and eating area suites our needs. With limited eating options due to Corona restrictions we could easily make simple meals. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. On the not so Good side, the Wifi was terrible and for some reason even our local Phones we're not working as they should. It was strange and I had to sit in the carpark to do any internet work. Secondly YLB town had little to offer, the lake area was great and we cycled around parts of it and recommend that.

Exterior might be deceiving for the comfortable weekend stay at the hotel. Room was spacious and bathroom was also spacious and new. The balcony was spacious as well and provided fresh air in this situation. Easy access to transportation and close access to hiking and thermal bath made this trip very relaxing. Extended stay definitely recommended!

Studio Room was nice and big with a small kitchen. For the summer season it was a bit too warm, but the hotel supplied a fan for a bit of cooling. We stayed two nights, but unfortunately the room didn't get fixed up on the second day. It seemed our fault, as we were in the room when housekeeping came at 4pm and the Hotel did not offer anything as a supplement for their mistake. After a long discussion the hotel finally agreed to take care of our breakfast bill during our entire stay.

Not inviting in appearance from outside, but lovely reception area and breakfast room. Bedroom spacious with good balcony.

The stay was Okay, but quality & Service Vs Price does not match. You don't get what you pay for. I believe the price range should be CHF 80-100 but surely not exceeding CHF 100

Checkin was easy as was our departure. The room was clean and well kept and our only problem was temperature control as it is not possible, because of the unusual (for Switzerland) door which does not have the option to open a little from the top. If visiting in summer and even late autumn as we did we would recommend the Park Vue rooms instead of the City View which we choose, ironically that was to get the evening sun. Overall it was a pleasant stay for 5 nights and at a very good price for Europe. We did not take the breakfast option as there was very little (if any?) gluten free food available which is essential for 1 of us.

Einfaches Hotel mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Das Frühstück war die ersten Tage ok, dann viel es komplett aus, weil kein Personal vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, die Zimmer zur Straße sind bei geöffneten Fenster recht laut. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Hôtel moderne, grande douche italienne, bon matelas, balcon. Armoire ouverte, peu de place pour suspendre les vêtements. J'ai énormément apprécié d'avoir une chambre à l'arrière du bâtiment, vue sur des arbres, le chant d'oiseaux et assez calme. Petit déjeuner buffet, assez de choix à mon goût. Selon d'arrivée et de départ le/la réceptionniste est joignable via une caméra et un écran. Assez bizzare et surprenant. 5 min. à pied jusqu'au prochain arrêt de bus. 5-10 min. à pied pour rejoindre les bains thermaux.

La camera e il servizio per la colazione sono stati soddisfacenti. Abbiamo avuto delle incomprensioni all'arrivo con lo staff alla reception poi è andato tutto bene.

Le receptionist était très aimable et professionnel. On est un peu déçu de la propreté de la chambre, de la qualité des matelas et de l'éclairage. Dommage...

Le réceptionniste ne parle même la du pays, l’autre derrière son écran équipé d’un micro doit certainement se positionner en Inde. Le bruit de la circulation empêche de dormir correctement
