The bowling alley on the floor below was a bit of a surprise, but they knocked off at a reasonable hour - 10ish. And it wasn't too noisy once I knew what it was

It lived up to it name and I liked the concept. It right in the middle of everthing. When I say everything I literally mean everything. From the front desk to house keeping. Everyone was nice and curtious. The breakfast is a plus as well. Definitely worth the price

The stay was excellent and acomadating

Si lo q estas buscando es un lugar con una vista hermosa al mar : la habitación 9 es para ti. El personal fue super atento y todo estaba limpio. Es cierto que el menú del desayuno está un poco pequeño pero no fue algo que me incomodó . Lo que si no era bueno era la señal de Wifi que era muy intermitente y además abajo del hotel hay una especie de licorería o un negocio similar y la bulla es hasta casi las 3am. Desde el viernes hasta el lunes . Ya el martes, miércoles y jueves fue como hasta las 12am . Si buscas : locación, limpieza y personal atento este es para ti. Si buscas : piscina, silencio en las noches y wifi (mira otras opciones)

The room was large, but not too clean. Arrived at 1:30 pm, and had to wait until the check-in time of 2 pm to enter the room, even though it seemed to be ready earlier. On the up side, Luis at the front desk was very helpful in facilitating some local travel-related arrangements for us.

Great location but the staff could use some customer service work shops. In the restaurant expect below average food taste and quality. These people NEVER come back to check on you. Better choices with far better service for the price can be found. The mannequins all around the place give it a clockwork orange creepy vibe.

My accountant pays for my rooms with a company credit card however, this company credit card has the accountants name on it. When booking the room which has been done probably several hundred times and different hotels and Columbia and other countries are around the world, there’s a place for the Payment that has the name and address and what not of the Person paying. However, there is another area for you to put in the name of the person staying in the hotel. This is never been a problem for me in any country city or province around the world. When my accountant asked me if I wanted to stay in Santa Marta or go back to Barranquilla I asked them to book me at the Bonita Bay because I stayed here before, and it was fairly wonderful. However, it immediately became a problem because the person’s name who paid was not me, even though my name was listed as the individual staying. I travel a lot for work and I have people who book my flights and pay my flights in those cards have individuals names on them, but they’re with my company. They are business credit cards. It would be illegal for someone to use my credit card to book my room and forge my information. But individual works within my company and has their own credit cardfrom my company it is not illegal for them to pay for a room. That is what my accountant does. Therefore, after arguing with me for 10 minutes, I gave them one of my other credit cards and allowed them to charge it. However,they have not refunded The money.

The noise from the bowling was the only complaint I have. The staff was excellent specially the kitchen. I will definity go back. Location & view from the room was great.

This property is centrally located and just like the pictures. It is above a bowling alley and a casino, so depending on the floor you're on you'll hear a bit of noise. The ceiling-to-floor windows provide an absolutely breathtaking view. The staff are really nice and the rooms are cleaned.

Great location and staff. There is a bowling alley under the hotel which is loud but it is closed by 10pm
