Clean room and friendly staff Super pretty grounds, loved the turtles! We had a great stay. Please note, however, that it's not a quiet stay. There's a place nearby that has very loud music/entertainment events in the evening. Also the roosters in the adjacent properties will wake you up before sunrise and afterwards. 😅 We didn't mind any of it because we were extremely tired from our travels and had earplugs, but I hadn't seen any reviews commenting on noise before so thought I'd share Also the restaurant is just ok. Breakfast was better than dinner, IMHO, but it was fine for what it was. We did enjoy the resident cat dining companions though. 😊

The underground cave is amazing and unique experience. Both pools were lovely and available 24hours a day. The food was moreso crafted than it was cooked delicious and specialty. Would love to come again.

There is just so many little extras that make your stay so wonderful. From the amazing shampoo and soap, to the amazing staff. The place is so peaceful and romantic. Thank you zentik for helping us make such beautiful memories.

Really neat little hotel with beautiful art everywhere, turtles, and the warm salt pool cave was remarkable after swimming in ceynotes all day!

Fantastic room. Exquisite space. Warm, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Not just a great hotel, but an extraordinary art space. If you are an interesting person, you will adore it.

This was our third stay at Zentik. This is the best stay in Valladolid. Number 1 restaurant. Charming tropical grounds. Unique heated cave (hot tub but huge). Pool is nice size for a 13 room property. Palapa roofs, unique tropical trees and plants. Both pool and cava are open 24 hours. Food and drink are reasonably priced and gourmet. Adults only. Short taxi to Centro. Staff is caring and attentive. Just the best!

I could not recommend a more charming hotel. Everything was excellent. The food was excellent. The different pools and all the other amenities were the best!

Super cute and unique hotel! Hidden gem in Valladolid. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The hotel has many wonderful amenities including an ice cream shop, pool, turtles and of course, the cave. Great water pressure in the shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The activities at the hotel were great

Beautiful oasis just outside the heart of Valladolid- lots of enriching activities provided by the hotel everyday. The staff were accommodating, helpful and always cheerful. Loved the murals all around the property and the magic of the underground hot spring. Rejuvenating and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an immersive yet peaceful get-away holiday.

The staff were great. Friendly and accommodating. The location was off the beaten path and not too far (by taxi) to the center of town. Eclectic hotel and the underground cave was exceptional. I would highly re omens for adults. Not a place for kids.

The cave pool, the spa offerings, and the overall environment was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and so were the drinks. The property was also in a safe and secluded area. Anything we asked for was provided. The only thing that would need improvement would be the rooms themselves. The shower head was pretty outdated, and there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Unfortunately, the temezcal was also not in service, so I was not able to try this. Overall, still a fantastic experience and probably one the better ones available in Valladolid for the price. Would highly recommend.

The cenote is great for relaxing and the food is excellent. Many amenities and close to Ek-Balam ruins and couple of great cenotes!

This is a beautiful property. My room had a pioneer wood bath tub carved from a tree trunk. The underground cave/pool was stunning. It's a great place to just hang out.
