I checked in to find that the room had not been cleaned at all. The bed sheets were still used, and there was leftover food and trash from the previous guest. This was very disappointing, especially considering that I paid for the room expecting it to be clean and ready. The hotel staff were actually kind and tried to help, but unfortunately, they were not able to communicate in English, which made the situation a bit difficult to resolve. Aside from this issue, the hotel itself is quite good. However, I am genuinely disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned before my check-in.

The hotel is close to Sun Plaza, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the city center. Cleanliness is decent, with only minor issues.

The hotel was very cheap and the room was large. However, the floor was a bit dirty and there was mold growing in the bathroom.

It's a very nice place to stay. It's a walkable distance from the city center but far enough from traffic and music sound. In particular, the staff, I think her name is Hong Nguyen, is very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back again if I come to Sapa.

Nice reception when arrive at the hotel, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable. I'm lucky to stay here, easy and near to Fansipan, 5 minutes walk to Sun Plaza to buy ticket to Fansipan, close to Sapa market, etc. Highly recommended for guests or visitors to stay at this hotel. Hot water is good, complimentary mineral water, Wi-Fi good to access (speedy). Thank you for a good service, I'll come back to stay here again, I love Sapa 🙏👍

The location is very strategic. It's only a 3-minute walk to Sun Plaza. It's just a slight uphill climb back to the hotel, as it's located at the foot of a hill. Afterwards, there are already many shops lining the area. The room size is okay. Not too cramped. Cleanliness is also good. The female receptionist is friendly. I got a room with a window, but the view was only of a neighbor's house. Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite comfortable.
