Amazing hotel, amazing staff! Must stay if going to Rhodes

Pool area, room, etc. one of the nicest stays we’ve had. Kristi & her bar mate made our stay feel like a true retreat away from the noise, tourism, and hectic schedule of the rest of Rhodes.

Everything about our stay at Casa Cook was phenomenal -- from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly staff to the minute you leave when you are given warm goodbyes. The property is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. The main pool was stunning with the mountains in the background. We loved the decor of our room and it felt so cozy. We actually had a slight issue with our room when we arrived regarding the bathroom. We spoke to hotel manager (sadly I forget his name) and he graciously upgraded us to a villa for the remainder of our stay and he comped dinner for us at one of the restaurants on their property. We were floored by this gesture and it truly made our entire experience at Casa Cook so special. Shoutout to Kosta (sp) in the restaurant as he was so kind and helpful. The same goes for Tsampika (sp) who personally introduces herself to all of the new guests at breakfast. She is from the area and provided the best tips and suggestions. I honestly was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to come back next year when the season opens. Highly recommend staying at Casa Cook.

Perfect, but need a kettle for tea and coffee in the room for a 5 star

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook. The loft room was perfect with a wonderful swim up pool just outside, we had the most relaxing time. It was my birthday and they gave me a complimentary cake and bottle of Prosecco which was really thoughtful. The staff were friendly and approachable and professional, I would definitely go again

Stay at the Casa Cook was more than amazing experience. The atmosphere, the vibe, the quiet, the place itself were like a dream for a five days. The team, aseptically Tsampika were so nice and carefully , they took care of everything we needed.

Beautiful hotel with great food and service. They were even kind enough to upgrade us which really made our stay special. We couldn't fault the place, it was perfect.

Great for relaxing and great value half board option especially those that are usually special about going half board. Had good gluten free options and were very accommodating.

This hotel is pure bliss. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing get away, Casa Cook is perfect. The swim up rooms are glorious and the two main pools are great relaxing vibes with a bit of atmosphere. The food was delicious and varied every day. If you are looking for a party, go his wouldn’t be ideal as it is very quiet and couple focused but you can visit the sister hotel next door for evening entertainment and the beach is also close by.

This hotel is beautiful and the perfect relaxing break for couples. The hotel is well laid out and the staff incredibly helpful and accommodating. We didn’t get everyone’s name but Mia and the waiting staff were lovely to see and speak to everyday and made you feel very welcome. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come again

A really great alternative to the more typical “Resort” type hotels on Rhodes. It is in a quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Short walk from a great swimming beach, and within east distance of some of the islands other top beaches. There is great on-site food, drinks as well as gym, yoga. Lots to di! We loved it!

We went there for our honeymoon and we had the absolute best time there! Loved the mountain views, the pool right out our balcony, the design and beauty of the entire place, the service was amazing. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing week in casa cook rhodes. Staff were excellent throughout my stay. We booked the executive suite however there was an issue on the first night when arriving so they put us in a twin room and as an apology gave us complimentary half board which was very kind. The food was excellent and very accommodating to dietary / religion requirements. Overall fantastic.

Our few days away at Casa Cook to relax and celebrate a special birthday were just perfect....the most luxurious and peaceful stay made even more incredible by the hotel staff who will do absolutely anything for you. Thank you - we will be back!

Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women
