The room was not fully clean, the air conditioning did work but here no instructions on how to use it and the first night I slept without AC . Additionally the evening staff was unbelievably rude and the street very noisy. I wouldn’t recommend.

Local pra ficar ruim precisa melhorar muito. Paredes sujas, roupa de cama suja e com cabelo de outrem. Quase impossível entrar no box do banheiro, necessário se espremer na parede e nem da pra se mexer no banho. O café da manhã pra ficar ruim precisa melhorar um pouco também. Só pão francês, margarina, queijo e presunto. De frutas só pedaços de banana. Pra beber café e leite... a água tá num negócio encardido, não recomendo. Móveis velhos, TV de tubo. Era entrar e espirrar, nível de ácaros e alergenos muito acima do aceitável. Ar condicionado não recomendo nem ligar, eu tentei não ligou. Wi-Fi só na recepção e no café da manhã. Elevador bate a porta e faz barulhos estranhos, durante a estadia um deles parou. Clientes reclamando e até chamando a polícia porque a reserva foi cancelada. Espero ter ajudado.

My stay was satisfactory and met my expectations. There was value in booking at this hotel. The location is ideal for tourist activities around Centro.

Hotel precário!

It was terrible. The Hotel has zero security. I had stollen from my room a sum of 600 Reais. I think that Hotels.com should erase this Hotel from searching.

The lobby consist of old discarded furniture with undesirables, drug users, homeless people loitering inside. The room was my worst nightmare, horrible linen, filthy bathroom, broken 1970’s box television, wires hanging out from the wall, dirty floor and linen which I refused to sleep overnight on! The noise in the hallway was unbearable. The only way to get WiFi is go to the lobby which was consumed with the workers and some apparent friends who watched the soccer match, therefore no seating. The photos are extremely misleading. It’s lower than a hostel! Please don’t make my mistake in booking this property! I couldn’t and didn’t stay!

Worth costing and that’s all besides not being completely dirty the mobiles are old and antiquado but nothing that could ruin a trip

Bathroom 🚽 and shower needs more attention?

A 2 star hotel. It's an old office building that was converted into a hotel. Bad breakfast and internet doesnt work in the rooms.

No wifi connection provided in my room and bugs was found in the room.

No WiFi in the rooms. This is a 2-star hotel, claiming it's a 3-star so it can bill 3-star rates. I was there for 4 nights. I asked for a change of linens and new towels after 3 days and was ignored. The mattress was very lumpy. The aircon has an on/off switch on the wall but there is no remote. Temperature cannot be changed nor can you increase or decrease the fan. They have not put any money into this hotel in many years and you can see it because everything is old and dated.

This is the most TERRIBLE place I have ever been to in the most dangerous section of Rio! It looked almost nothing like the pictures! Everything that could have a stain on it, DID have stains on it, this includes the bed sheets, the bed cover, the pillow cases, the walls, the floors, the toilet, the shower…EVERYTHING. There was a bug crawling under my sheets upon checking into the room! I took a video and showed the guys at the front desk, who didn’t speak ANY English by the way. I then switched rooms. My second room had even worse stains than my first room. Outside the window was cigarette buts, spit and ashes from someone smoking. I took pictures and showed this to the front desk as well. They never cleaned outside the window. They ONLY have Wi-Fi in the lobby and they kick you off the Wi-Fi every few minutes so there is NO REAL WI-FI ACCESS!?!? I booked for 7 days, but had two sleepless nights there due to the bug situation in my sheets in the first room. I decided to check out after two nights and request a refund for the 5 nights that I booked but wouldn’t be there. My request for refund was denied by management. They also charged me additional taxes upon checking into the room which is NOT mentioned in the ad on Expedia for this “hotel”! No other hotel or hostel has done this to me in Rio! Also the breakfast was the most horrible thing I have ever smelled or tasted! This place is NOT tourist friendly and the staff seem xenophobic! I will be leaving a YouTube review!

TV não funcionava, o ar tbm não aparência de sujo e o café quase nada oferecido

Só não foi 10 ,pq houve uma falta de comunicação entre a recepção! Troca de turno.. troquei de quarto e no meio da madrugada...me acordaram, pra tirar dúvidas!

O ar condicionado era bom, o espaço do quarto p duas camas excelentes. As lojas por perto, muito próximo a pontos turiscos como o museu do amanhã, a igreja da candelária , a praça Luiz 15. Otima localização.Só as paredes do box do banheiro estavam com lodo, bem amareladas, deu um certo nojo. E o armario disposto p guardar roupas, bem quebrado e sujo.No mais foi tranquilo. A visão do 11 andar é linda e os elevadores são velozssissimos.
