Very friendly & convenient. Great value for the price.

The location is terrible – there are only car showrooms around. The only advantage is the bus station right in front of the hotel. The neighborhood is very quiet and dull, with no attractions nearby. No safe, no coffee maker, no bottled water. The reception is unwelcoming, and the coffee machine was out of order. No one asked for my passport, I paid but received nothing – no receipt, no form to fill out. The room itself was clean and acceptable.

Room small and basic but adequate for a one night stop over.

The hotel was good simple and had most of what you would need, the only downside is there’s no coffee stuff like a kettle or anything complementary aside from that the rooms are a good size, mattress is really comfortable and firm and the staff were helpful.

I stayed 3 nights, and i got charged 4 nights. Not fair at all.

Good overnight stop next to motorway in Lyon.

There is no free parking. The fee for self parking garage is only €5. Hotel is clean. Personnel is accommodating. Location of the hotel is not the best, the area is shady at night and busy in the morning. However, if you’ll drive away for a few minutes you can find restaurants, bars, and a gas station with a convenience store and nice bakery.

Easy to find great parking underground- lifts straight to your room floor. Clean comfortable bed and bathroom.

Over 40 years staying in hotels, but this was a first: - Do Not Disturb sign hung on door. - Leave for Women's Cup Final. - Return: sign gone. Enter room, ALL my belongings have been shoveled from bathroom, shelves & desk and haphazardly stuffed in my baggage. Seriously? Shift boss says they're training a new housekeeper and they screwed-up. Okay, but where's the trainer? And rules 1&2: "Do Not Disturb" means "Keep Out", and never touch a guest's belongings unless absolutely necessary? Other than that outrageous violation of my privacy, the hotel was adequate. No nearby restaurants, on a hill, but decent.

This hotel was ok. It was a bit confusing just trying to get there as it’s on a very busy road in an industrial sort of area. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station. Breakfast was ok, and the automatic late checkout (12pm) was good

Parking is extra and the air conditioning did not working the room was very small but the bed was comfortable and it was a perfect place for a night stopover on our way to Paris. Restaurant s were about a 15 minute walk away but that was fine too.

check in was easy, tv in room did not work. Lady in morning very very nice, she gave us breakfast as compensation.

Staff at the front desk (?ziad and his colleague) were ver frindlyand very helpful

Parking space is accessible by code only which will be provided on check in, i found it to be convenient. The reception was very helpful and prompt with quick service. Room was okay as per the rate per night. Good to stay overnight. Near to the mall which has he most amazing stores.

If you dont have a car this hotel is not suitable for you by the way they charge you for the parking. The breakfest is not even avrage.our check out was 12 but they deactive our access at 11 as i didnt see this in any other hotels. No gym no spa. Maybe you say for the price its good but its not you can get really better hotel for a little bit more in lyon central.

The facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive. With superb transport system in Lyon it was only a short walk to connect to anywhere in the city.
