After previous experiences of staying in slightly lower quality Premiere Classe motels when travelling through France we decided to upgrade to B&B Hotels as previous experiences had been good. The room was clean, parking easy and out front as is usual, bathroom great and after a 7hr drive reception staff welcoming. All was good, even a Pizzeria next door. Only problem with these places is almost the reason why they appeal in the first place. If you aren’t there between 5.30-8pm you check in via a machine next to the locked reception (perfect for travellers), there are no staff on duty if you have a problem. Rooms are accessed via external corridors and doors to the rooms are very heavy (loud) fire doors. If you have no neighbours-perfect! If you have people who have just arrived as you’re going to sleep and want to talk/laugh/ go back to their cars lots of times and don’t try and reduce the noise from their doors and voices you are stuck. My husband had to ask the people next door to be quiet so we could sleep (thankfully they rescued the noise a bit but we still needed our earplugs). Everything else about the place is fine but it really is a problem with these types of hotels. Everything is great to the weary traveller until you can’t do the thing you went there to do-sleep!!

Really appreciated the fact I had my own parking space right outside the bedroom door

Very pleasant,friendly and helpful staff.Room was clean and comfortable not much else.It was ok for short stay.Good shopping centre within 5 mins drive and Rennes is a fine city.

Clean and v friendly motel an hour from the St Malo ferry port. Breakfast better than expected.

Nous sommes très très déçus de nos deux nuits à l'hôtel, lits trop petits , salle de bain trop petite et dangereuse d'utilisation, pas de douche à l'italienne et grand manque de barre d'appui, même la lunette des toilettes était instable puisque cassée d'un côté 😔, nous redoutons notre prochaine réservation au BNB de st brieuc demain soir.....

Arrivée vers 9h donc passage par le distributeur pour réceptionner le numéro de la chambre et le code… attention de prendre en photo les informations car lorsque j’ai demandé d’avoir les éléments par mail ,je les ai reçu à 0h15 .. 3 h après!!!

Difficultés avec la borne arrivée à 15h et on nous répond qu'il y aura quelqu'un à 17h en nous raccrochant au nez ? Chambre au deuxième étage pour les personnes à mobilité réduite c'est limite et en plus douche où il faut enjamber, et pour couronner le tout femme de chambre qui ouvrent la porte de la chambre à 8h30 on aurait été à poil c'était pareil

Accueil chaleureux, Petit déjeuner qualitatif. Chambre donnant sur la rocade de Rennes (un peu bruyant) et l'air extérieure passe sous la porte (mettre une serviette pour mieux isoler). Isolation phonique un peu juste.

Chambres très mal isolée, on entend les ronflements de la chambre voisine. Manque d'aération sent l'humidité.

Room is extremely small and dirty, Breakfast is very poor and the tableware are also not clean. I have been stay more than 20 B&B Hotels in Germany and France, this one probably is the worst.
